As for myself. I'm really trying to just eat healthy and not stress out over what I can't have and enjoying what I can have. I have to start my walking again though. Maybe this weekend I'll dust the bicycle off.
I'm dreading Monday weigh-in. This rotten, rainy weather has prevented me from getting a lot of activity. It also makes me feel really sleepy & sluggish, so I haven't done any type of indoor exercise either. It's supposed to be nice tomorrow, so I'm going to take advantage of it. I'll probably go to the park with my basketball.
Aaaaarrrghhh the stupid scale I have been so good with eating healthy, reasonable portions etc...but I started excercising really hard and all my body is sore so I hope this is the water retention thing....I just want the scale to move!!!
There we go, nice whoosh, thanks in part to a few days of pretty clean eating in a deficit, some exercise, and a few cocktails last night Now only 2 pounds to go until I beat my all time low from January before I started maintaining.
Feeling super down about how slow my weightloss is moving, but I guess before I really "started" my "challenge (body by vi shakes), I did cut back my food for a couple days and I did drop from 164 to 161 and now I'm working down, but the scale is barely moving and it makes me sad. I weigh in every morning after using the bathroom, is that when others weigh in?
YES! I am so glad because today is the FIRST DAY in a long time that I DIDN'T weigh in! I am trying to wean myself off the scale slowly, so I can't tell you what I weigh till tomorrow. lol until then, congrats to everyone!! This thread is ROCKIN'!
