Not the best start for me.

CW: 102! I gained 0.2 kilos (4 pounds) over night. BUT I am not going to take it seriously. I ate well yesterday. It's the water thing and I know scales can go up and down for no logical reason. I'll just be extra careful today. I'm also going to start my excercise this afternoon, looking forward to it!
Completely fell off the wagon at the end of last months' challenge so I'm determined to get back in the game and see the 150's before May! Been saying that for the last 2 challenges but it WILL happen this month (or damn close!)
Well, not off to a great start considering I'm practically back to my SW for last month! Ugh. I'm going to try for 5 lbs this month because I do think some of my high SW number is from eating too much sugar over the weekend and will go down quickly.
HA! Always fun to be going in the wrong direction. I had an immaculate day yesterday though, but I'm SORE SORE SORE and that always means a scale bump for me, especially when it's my legs. Today is a rest day, except for yoga, so I'd bet it'll dissipate by tomorrow (hopefully).
DH and I have been talking about committing to eating clean for 2 weeks, I'd really like to do this to try to help rid myself of sugar/carb cravings that I have. Plus, it would be a good kick in my weight loss.
SW - 156.4 (This number was probably a bit high due to holiday 'extras').
4/01 - 156.4
4/02 - 155.2
GW - 146

I just realised the other day that I'm no longer obese, either! LOL, my dh just shakes his head when I tell him that I'm only overweight now, not obese. The BMI calculations seem kinda crazy, because I would not call myself obese. Overweight, yes, but I never felt 'obese'.
Anyhow, congrats on getting out of one catergory, and good luck on your journey into the 'normal' range!

I'm a bit late in joining in here, but I'll throw in! I hope to actually lose more than 10 lbs by May 1st, but we'll see what happens! I'm currently on the body by vi shake plan, just started yesterday, so let's see what happens with it! I'm really excited! Good luck everyone!
