    I did post my weight yesterday at 158 but i forgot to mention how happy I am to see the 150's again. It feels great and I'm sure it'll be even better to see the 140's.
  • Down to 304.7 this morning and I went to the track and walked 5 miles in an hour! Went to the store and got all my healthy food for the week !

    Whooo! The big loss today probably involves me cutting back on food to make room for alcohol calories last night. :/ I may gain tomorrow, but still, I'm very happy!!

    I'm guilty(?) of doing the same. You get a little buzzed faster that way and for me, that means I won't have to drink as much. Congrats on the loss regardless!
