Now my piddly news.... But I am happy I am down to 274 (really 273+ but I don't have a digital scale and see the line just below the 274... so I round up) and I am official 10% OFF Yeah baby. I saw it last night in my head and knew I was going to be there this morning. Going for my 2 .5 mile walk and its already 75 & really humid.. so maybe another 1/2 lb will be gone in an hour

SW 278.5
CW 274 (4/14)
GW 268.5 and almost 1/2 there and tomorrow is 1/2 of the month

IAN... Yep the walk did shake things up and the poors let loose of some water (gosh Florida summer is a good way to sweat out toxins and water) Lost 1 MORE LB woo hoo.. so really down to 273... but saving that for tomorrows posting.

Did the Warrior Dash yesterday. Didn't stuff my face, but all the meals I ate were pretty high cal and high sodium, plus TOM arrived today (sorry Ian, TMI for you I'm sure). I'm curious to see how long it will take this weight to come off. Guess we will see. Back on plan today.

When I went to record my weight in my smashbook I realized that today is my weigh in not yesterday. Which is fine by me because I lost 1 more pound. yay!! 260's here I come!!

YES! 0.2 lbs to go and that's 10 lbs already! I am so proud of myself! Thank you, Jillian Michaels! My first big milestone when I started to lose weight was 180 by April 15th- I am so close!!! Yes yes yes yes yes yes!!!!
