    Okay this is so weird! Two days in a row I have lost a whole pound. ?_? I was probably retaining water and didn't even know it! I mean I lose half a pound a day so only half of each of the two days would be water but still I didn't even realize it.

    I'm down another 0.8lbs today which I hope bodes well for the weekend when I can really focus and get some weight off. I feel really in the groove now and I can make this 20 pound target! I also hope to meet my next mini-goal along the way of 225lbs after which my sights will be on ONE-derland.

    My ultimate goal is to lose 100lbs without giving up any beer!

    However, I do have drinks with friends tonight. Could be one. Could be four. I don't expect food will be a problem but too much drink could cause a stall. So I don't want to get drunk. A big drop (1lb+) tomorrow would signal I perhaps overdid it.
