Thank you!! I have done the bit I was dreading... weighing myself! Now I think I need to decide how. So far I only decided a vague idea to eat less, maybe I need a proper plan.

Could you please add me to the spreadsheet? I'm getting weighed Wednesday so I can add weight and measurements then if that's ok?

Just a bit about me

Weight Lose Goal for the Challenge: It's about 9 weeks left I think so probably 10lbs is my goal. To get under 15st would be great!

Battle Plan for Reaching BL Challenge Goal: Exercise and diet!

Particular Challenges/Upcoming Temptations that You are Working to/or Planning to Overcome: To stop eating as much rubbish when im bored! I've got lots of exercise games for my xbox so instead of eating I might just spend half an hour on one of those instead!

Anything Else You Would Like to Share About Yourself: I'm currently back in college which is what's causing all the weight to pile on - bad cafeteria food, rushed mornings mean missing breakfast and endless essays while eating chocolate aren't helping!

Jonesy89 - I'll add you. When you get weighed on wednesday, just plonk your readings in the purple boxes and when put a new weight in each month it should sort itself out.

JoseLo - I know the first weigh in is the worst, but it gets better (she says after scoffing too much at dinner!!)

My name is Laura, and I have sinned... Pasta is my weakness... I love pastaaaaa... but pasta doesn't love meeeee Back on the horse tomorrow. (poor horse )

Late check in.... - this isn't a weigh-in week for me. Got a cold so my exercise has slowed down :-( I didn't even really start on Week 6 of the Couch to 5 K last week. I did do about an hour of jog/walk while I was in Sweden - and I *tried* to do C25K Week 6/ Run 1, but I gave up! (I should have run 18 minutes in total, but instead I ran about 16 minutes) What kills me is that I could have done it despite my lingering cold. A mental hang-up only!

AM - you did the right thing by doing only what you could and not pushing yourself when you feel like poop. It'll only make things worse. How was sweden in the end? did you manage to find the perfect pair of pumps? lol

Hi
How's everyone's week going? I think I might be organising myself better now. I'm on a week of lates at work and planning everything in the day before as I can't get on the internet at work. Not had the time. Although someone did bring in this amazing marshmallow tree as a thank you for the staff yesterday, but I'm pretending I didn't eat any of those

Mmm pretendy marshmallows shame the calories arent lol. You've got to live a little though

I've got my first weigh in in the morning, although its really just after 6 days I'll count it as a week.

What rewards do you guys give yourself for losing? I am planning on sponswering myself £5 a lb, least when you have a week of only half a pound gone hats still £2.50 ''earned''! I need clothes for when I lose 3 stone so seems a decent idea.

I've gone back to calorie counting and this week averaging 1350 calories so far (eating between 1000 and 1500 each day which I track online- foodfocus.co.uk is really good I'm finding- and average is 1300 apparently). Hoping sticking to this will have a good effect on the scale when I weigh in on Monday!

I'm planning on going for a spa weekend when I get half way (employment permitting), and maybe a new ps3 game when each mini goal is done lol I looove my games.

We're back at home now after looking after the dogs... and I'm shattered!! We helped to decorate their hall way and stairs with a neighbour while they were gone. I got more paint on me than the walls but it looks awesome!! I'm an awesome painter if anyone ever needs my services lol

I've been a bit naughty these two weeks tho... I haven't really been on the wii, however I did weigh myself on wednesday when i got my real scales (Thanks TC) and I was top end of 313lbs... wasn't too happy about it but didn't beat myself up as I had already had my brekkie by the time hubby got back.

With all the decorating, running up and down the stairs AND cleaning up today before they got home (Swept the bathroom, kitchen and living room AND mopped them all too, washed bed linen, and made beds, folded clothes) I think I'll be ok.

MUST get back in the habbit of getting on the Wii in the mornings now.

Food wise, i've been pretty good. Had a mini slip up the first week away, had 2 freddos and 2 bags of maltesers in one week... NOT ONE NIGHT!! lol

Other than that, nothing much to report. WI on saturday morning on the REAL scales lol

Fingers crossed for your weigh in Pentangle.

PB - I'm finding calorie counting works for me. I've been on weight watchers 3 times and lost 21lb, but the weight creeps back on and didn't want to spend any more money on classes. I'm eating between 1300-1600 calories a day and fingers crossed it seems ok. Good luck with it.

A spa weekend sounds nice LC. Are your new scales good? Still thinking of getting some myself.

To treat myself, I'll probably buy myself something like a lipstick or body wash. Something a bit indulgent.

I'm not having a good end to the week. I feel so tired and my back has been aching. I can't be bothered planning and making my food for today so I'm going to wing it in the canteen. Wish me luck!!

CM - the scales are awesome!! And I've programmed them to measure BMI and all the rest of it. I really recommend them!! And they were £19.99 instead of £29.99 I'd say get them while they're on offer!!

I'm aiming for at least a maintain this week. I've taken the descison of lowering my cals from 1500 to 1300 per day and keep my carbs at close as i can to 150g, and see how I get on.

Got back on the Wii this morning and did 35 mins worth. Really got a sweat going lol then I swept the floor as the cat likes to shed his white fluffyness everywhere and did all the washing up... There was loads!!! now after lunch I'm chillin at catching up with my WWE recordings
