Marchmallow - good luck at the gym! Although I joined mine back in January and go about 5/6 times a week, I only do the classes because when I first started I had a fear of the actual gym part! I hope having your personal training session will be really helpful in setting you up with a plan, something that I could do with!
Joselo - have a great time at the craft thing. I so know that feeling of can I really just have one piece of cake? And for along time, I couldn't. My name on here has a lot to do with me battling to take control with my binging, and although I'm getting better, I still have to be very very strict and plan, plan, plan AND spend as little time alone around food as possible and then, I usually make better decisions. But boy, it's not easy!
I've also been there, when I've overeaten, but tried to kid myself it's OK, and the scales will be OK, becuase I really want to lose weight, so I will. It doesn't work! No matter how much you want it, it won't happen if we keep binging/overeating. MEH! Good luck at improving your relationship with food, it's a damn long road, but with determination and honesty, you (and I!) will hopefully get there in the end!

Lozz - I know it's easier said than done, but please please please don't get disheartened! If you keep on plugging away, making good decisions, the scales WILL move in teh right direction, and keep on moving that way. If there's one thing my journey so far has taught me, it's that I'll never fully understand weightloss or how my body works. But I know, if I keep at it, the numbers eventually go down, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly and sometimes they get stuck..... sigh! You're doing all the right things tracking what you're eating and being very aware of how things may affect you, so you're sure to succeed in the long run!
Nothing fun on for me this weekend, BOO! Got a big exam on Weds, so I'm revising for that and working on an assignment that's in next weekend. I was also up this morning, had a 9am Pump class, and boy was it hard today! Got spinning tomorrow lunch and hoping to go for a jog as well. Highlight of my weekend is The Voice final tonight ha ha!
As for weight, saw a lovely number this AM, but I'll record my Sunday number, which will no doubt be higher thanks to the wine and M&S dine in I'm treating myself to for tea, can't wait ha ha!
4 weeks today I start my summer job, so I want to use the next four weeks to really go for this. BRING IT ON!!
