Nothing different to normal bar that scan bran cake. And two large espressos for breakfast should have done the trick! Oh well.....fingers crossed for tomorrow.

GL for wi everyone!

Woop Woop! I've lost half an inch on my hips, bust and each thigh.. that's 2 inches total No idea how since I've seen only a small loss on the scale but I guess that's what the running must be helping with perhaps.

Well done everyone!!

Don't worry Elliemar, I had that all last week. I think it's finally let up tho. Have you tried taking water tablets when it shows up? I took mine everyday last week and noticed the difference. Pain was a lot less than usual too.

Butterfly - you must be doing something right.

Just starting this challenge will weigh myself Friday as I go shopping then and use the scales at Boots.
I have a family get together in June or July the date is not fixed yet and wedding to go to in August. I refuse to be the weight I am I want to look good and not hide away in the background when photos are taken.
So Exercise
Eat healthily
and like the Adipose my fat will walk away

I am 172 pounds and want to get to 164 pounds by the end of May that is an 8 pound loss so no slacking allowed.

I was on the hunt for a peanut butter chunky kit kat last night, but couldn't find one. Probably for the best. Settled for a flake dipped instead It's that time of the month for me this week and I'm craving chocolate and feel like dropping off the wagon. Hopefully the chocmonster cravings won't last too long

Yes! Where did these go?! I gave up chocolate for lent (pretty successfully) but it seems as soon as lent ended they disappeared which is so disappointing.. I know they're not exactly on plan (a **** of a long way off it lol) but I had promised myself one of those as a reward cos I love them when they brought them out before. Although I am considering giving up chocolate again because it's my real downfall and it's easier to just eat none of it at all than have it in moderation I find

And thanks for all the congrats guys . And well done elliemar!

They're supposed to be back in stock, but still nowhere to be found. God I'm obsessed! Well done on giving up chocolate for lent. I tend not to have any in the house as it's too much temptation, but just buy it when I fancy it. Really craving it at the moment though.

Chocmonster have you tried Highlights chocolate drinks? at 40 calories they won't destroy your diet. Chocolate snack-a -jacks or a finger of Fudge if only real chocolate will do. Finger of Fudge is 120 calories, or even better a Cadbury Freddo bar he is only 95 calories. Hubby is a chocolate addict and when he cannot do without chocolate little Freddo comes to the rescue.
