and a Protein drink- (rice protein powder, unsweetened choc soymilk, sm. banana, 1/2 C yogurt) 365cals, 24.5protein, 25carb, ?ww points
L - 4 oz (approx 1+ oz each) ham, turkey and smoked salmon, 2 corn thins, 1oz lf string chz, 1 hb egg, 2 slice tomato. ?? cals, protein, carbs, points
D - I'm still figuring out what to have lol

Dinner wasn't as good as the rest of the day but i did have reasonable portions.... we had leftovers!! YAYYYYYY lmao...
brown rice w/peas 1/2 porkchop & gravy as a kind of cassarole, 1/2+ cup mashed potatoes w/1/2cup SOS, cucumbers, broccoli. Again I have no idea on stats for this hodgepodge of a meal.
S - 3/4 cup Bryers Cal Smart ice cream.... btw it is really good. So is the Carb Smart ice cream.
