Hi chicks! Reda, so glad you get to come home. ooo, Black Ice Pearl sounds awesome

Too bad we can't have 'one of every flavor' ! Oh and the Trout Club officially opens on Wednesday May 12, but I would think that I could start in the kitchen prepping and setting up, the Wednesday ahead (like the 5th or so)
Colleen, mm that taco salad sounds sooo good. I love alot of sour cream on my taco-y stuff! Yes I also think seeing the aquarium set up would be a great selling point. Oh and yes, advertising it

I hope you have good weather to ride tomorrow.
Hi Tammy

hope you had a good day, and maybe rode to work again?
Well yesterday was the kitchen cabinets...today I tackled my clothes closet...didn't get to the floor

but went through everything on hangers; threw out a black garbage bag worth of not-worth-stuff; collected a black garbage bag worth of stuff worth donating; then took all those clothes and the household stuff from yesterday, and went to the Transfer Station, where the nice guy charged me - 50 cents
I know he is a nice guy because last year, I was there on my bike once to ask about fees, and he was all over the bike, and saying he wanted a bike, but could only afford metric but wanted something that sounded great, 'like yours'. I assured him that he could be happy with a metric, and just needed to be prepared to shell out some $ for aftermarket exhaust. And today, when I drove into the area, I saw a V-star! He said he just got it Tuesday and was so very happy. Isn't that great

Maybe that's why he just charged me 50 cents for a car load of stuff!
Can you believe this energetic mood from ME? I mean, years ago, this was how I was all the time...I am just so thankful I am not wasting my free days.
Today I wanted to ride to DH's work to meet him after work, it's about 35 miles and nice ride in good weather...well the sun went away and there was thick cloud cover, windy and low 50's...I was FREEZING! even though I was prepared with two shirts, sweatshirt, jacket, jeans, chaps, fleece neckwarmer, gauntlet gloves...I had to stop after 20 miles and call DH and tell him I couldn't go any further

I rode to a nearby convenience store and had the hottest coffee I could stand to sip (and some pb crackers, better than I donut I guess!) and thawed out and waited for DH to meet me there. Then the sun came out and that helped so very much.
well have a nice Friday night! oh and wish us luck tomorrow, please, we're going to a fundraiser and the prize is not one but two Hardknock Kikker motorcycles! They come in kits but part of the prize is that they have been assembled and modified to be custom. We have one chance out of 125, hey someone has to win right!
