Carmen,

For me, I try to make it to the gym every monring Monday - Friday
and now Jazzercise Mon-Wed & Thrus -
So if for some reason I miss a day here and there, it is no big deal. I plan to go 100% and take what I can get......
If you exercise on a regular basis it won't hurt you to miss now and then...

Last night - one hour.....

Today - Gym 1 hour/5 min cooldown speed 4, 339 calories, 420 miles

Funny note: at the gym this a.m. I read in a fitness magizine that to alleviate soreness after a workout doing afew 'downward dog' yoga moves is very helpful.... Ofcourse if the 'downward dog' is the thing that got you sore in the first place

WTG, Star - (420 miles? or 4.20?)

This may end up being my rest day since I have a funeral to go to today -- hopefully, I'll get home early enuf today to do some cardio or some weights. .

Tomorrow will be tough too -- oh, well, will figure it out somehow.

One of my friends Aunts passed away last weekend, so the mass is today. Not sure how long it will last, and when I'll get home.

Tomorrow is an all day meeting, and since I'm the treasurer I have to be there, so I'm going to be gone all day -- Maybe I'll be able to exercise before I go. Not sure? So tomorrow is not worse because of what I have to do, but becuz it's all day.

Oh well, catch you all later!

Hi Ladies. Well, today I plan to hit the elliptical come Hades or high water. I have one meeting today so my afternoon is scott free. Then, as this is Friday, lil DS and I will be going swimming. Big DS won't be going, as he is at my DPs with an athsma flareup. I think the vineyard yesterday is to blame. I made him take all his meds before going, but I guess it got to him anyway. Ah well...

Star - too funny about the downward dog. I laughed when I read that and thought, yeah riiight!

AwRIGHT!!!!! Way to go! I see your slider moving too BTW. That is really great. What types of exercises does the interval training include?

It's one of the Kathy Smith tapes I own; basically aerobic, but there are higher speed, or more intense intervals - so a little jumping, bigger moves, etc. . .at least I'm getting the choreography down, and I'm *finally* getting to the point where I can actually get my body off the floor, making it a little higher impact.

Hi all,

i got my first Dvd's this weekend, and i have to say that I like the Carmen Electra striptease one (i will deny i ever said that if anyone repeats it)

But I got a sweat in and it did a lot of stretching and i felt it the next morning, so i will definatly keep up with that one. Only problem is that the disk scratched and I couldn't finish the whole thing
