For me, I try to make it to the gym every monring Monday - Friday
and now Jazzercise Mon-Wed & Thrus -
So if for some reason I miss a day here and there, it is no big deal. I plan to go 100% and take what I can get......
If you exercise on a regular basis it won't hurt you to miss now and then...

Ofcourse if the 'downward dog' is the thing that got you sore in the first place
