this a.m. - Gym - Light weights - 45 minutes
Treadmill - 20 minutes
Good workout today!

Okay last night my calfs still hurt. But then later on my feet kept on cramping. Then I remembered my foot doctor had told me (years ago) to never use the incline on the treadmill becuz it would hurt my instep due to my bunions being so bad. Well usually I had done what he suggested. But yesterday I got a wild hair and wanted to do more faster and harder.....DUH......
The cramps finally went away after midnight. needless to say I won't use the incline again......

Star-You go girl!

I did my typical 3.6 miles, but jogged about a third of it-so that felt great!

Jen - yesterday I jogged for (are you ready?) for a 'minute'....lol I want to start adding jogging in there. back in the day, I jogged 3 miles a day. My problem is that being overweight and jogging isn't good so I stopped years ago. Now I have to contend with keeping my boobs in line, so I need to buy a really good really tight jogging bra. Congrats to you on your jog!
Jen - WE ROCK -

I went from a DD to a D and now to a C.......One girl at my gym runs on the treadmill, (she's about 15 pounds overweight) wears three (3) exercise bras. Now to me that is too much work, I think if I go to a good store I can get one to do the job........
Does it bother you Jen?

Hey chickies - I haven't put any more dollars in my workout/shoe fund. This morning went to the chiropractor instead - and boy do I feel good! I've got a meeting tonight then will probably do my 30 minutes late tonight. I love having a 24 hour gym. Will report back!

Morning Fit chicks....

Fiona - good to have you back in the yard, sometimes it's loney over it, but the company is good..... About coming out of ticker denial, it was tough but it could have been worse....I know seeing the number actually helps me.

Last night - Jazzercise - 1 hour - the original stuff for about 50 minutes, then they do some cool down streach... The class is a mixture of women but I would say most are middle aged. (Oh and ofcourse I'm the best at the grapevine )

Gym today - - 40 minutes
- 20 minutes at speed 4, 1.54 miles, 136 calories

30 minutes at 2.8-3.2, with 3 minutes of 3.6 mixed in. I find it helpful to walk in rhythm with whatever song's on my MP3 player, and I found a fast one on there!

What's funny (or cool) is that I was so intent on walking this morning in order to put another buck in my Fund, I forgot I ALSO will be riding my horse for the first time in 4 months today! In days past, I would've counted that as my exercise "for the day" and skipped the gym. Hooray for footwear!
