SZNN...I lost 6 pounds on T/O and ate unlimited meats and greens..

Shennie..They say you sould do your cardio in the am on an empty stomach bacause your body will burn the stored fat first instead of the carbs you eat...I'm a personal trainer and that was what we were taught...if you work out at night empty stomach equates to 2 hours of no food before workout....

I had a great workout yesterday....30 min of kickboxing/bag work and 30 min of free weights.....YAY me

I am so jealous you guys. I really want to exercise, but my fibromyalgia is so flared up, that I don't dare.

Gymgirl- any exercise advice for me?

Gymgurl - I heard the same thing about working out first thing in the morning, to burn stored body fat. Then I heard soemthing else, it seems to always change.. I like working out in the morning the best. Get up, do it and finish the day with exercise under your belt......

My older sis has FM too, and she loves yoga. Maybe I will ask her for a good yoga tape idea. Thanks!

Went up skate skiing tonight for just over an hr. tons of new snow it was beautiful up there.
That is quite the workout - can't wait until I don't look like an elephant doing ballet while skiing.
People who are proficient at it glide on by and look sooooo graceful.

Just got a new laptop today - it is very comfortable to type on. I may be on here more often.

Lets hope that old scale of mine is friendlier tomorrow AM
