I went on my walk yesterday and did some stretching - but my legs still feel weird. Like I was wearing wet sweatpants, they are super heavy. I'm a little concerned now, but I'll go back to exercise today.

I have been super sick with the stomach flu for a couple of days. I think the 5 yr old brought it home from school. She was only a little sick with it for about 5 hours. But it hit me hard for a couple of days. I am starting to feel better, legs are still weak. AAAAnndd today my monthly friend decided to show up.

I was pretty sure the scale was lying, so I jumped off ...grabbed a cat....weighed myself with cat...dropped cat and weighed again. Nope, still 158.4. I'll take it!!! We had lots of fun out with friends. Drank a few too many of the microbrews (her husband doesn't drink so he was the DD). Ate some appetizers that we all shared, so I guess I didn't do too bad.

Spurred on by Woodstocks post in the week, I asked one of the PTs to look at my body fat today and he put my on this super swanky scale and calculated that I am 34% fat. So my goal is to drop that down to 25% by end of June and maintain it until 2015. I think. Still need to research it a bit.
Got a bit of post weekend guilt right now. New week tomorrow - I am on it!!!
My legs are still weird, and considering I haven't exercised in a couple days it's probably not just sore. I'm usually not whiny, but I think it's better I have it checked out, so I'm going home to my parents tomorrow to see the Dr. Uuurgh, really not happy.
And exam on Friday! Super uuurgh.
