Down a half-lb today to 170. I think my cheat day water weight is going to be coming off slowly this time. I haven't been drinking enough water or my usual amount of green tea. I'll have to work on that tomorrow!

Rsadler, good job on another drop!

Susan, lol, at least the 202 part of the number is the same, and that's the most important part!

Hi AAD! Glad to have you! A head start is a good idea!

Minneey, yay on staying in the new decade! Just keep the 25% goal in mind! You can do it!

StilettoLife, nice drop! Keep it going!

Watchoutforthatcar, so close! The next weigh-in may do it!

Shr1nk1ngme, yay on the creeping down weight! It all gets you there!

NightAngel, yep, just get back on plan and you'll be fine!

Imabehot, aw, congrats on your new little sister!

Designchick, I think it's for keeps this time! That different attitude of going with the flow instead of becoming discouraged and throwing in the towel makes all the difference! Congrats!

Hi pgc8116! Good to have you join us! That sounds like a commendable goal!

Yay Turtle! On to the lower half of the 140's now!

Sum, congrats on the lower measurements! That's an even better indicator of fat loss than the number on the scale!

Kelijpa, woohoo on the big drop! Great job with the water! I need that kind of magic!

RideRunRepeat, I look forward to your updates! Good luck on tomorrow's weigh-in!

183, please let us know the outcome! I'm wishing you the best

Here is hoping Jacqui!

Everyone's doing so great. It's so nice to be a part of challenges that people don't give up when things get tough.

Yes, it is. I had loss less than 1 pound from Jan 1st to the 15th. I didn't feel any pressure to stop posting because I wasn't doing well. I know I haven't given much support this month, but I sure do get a lot of support from real people who have both good and bad days. I love how we all are not giving up no matter what that number on the scale says!!!!

Everyone is awesome here. I really appreciate all the positive comments I get, it helps so much when those numbers don't move. Or even when the move the wrong way.

good morning guys

My legs feel a little stronger, but I didn't move much yesterday. I think it's still better to see the Dr., and if he says I'm hypochonder that's a reason to be happy
Unfortunately, not on top enough for crossfit today :/ but on the bright side, not going gives me more time to study

woah, guys, so many new post since yesterday! I've been slacking with personals the last couple of days, so let me catch up today!

RideRunRepeat I don't think we've met - so from me, too! Looking forward to seeing you check in

kelijpa thanks! Nice to see you lose the water weight!

Sum38 yay NSV! I'm a big fan of those.

pgc8116 you have a good plan! I would love to hear how it's going for you - check in frequently!

designchick88 I am glad to read that you are happy with the way your weight-loss journey is going. I think it's impossible to always be on plan, because food is not just about nutrition but also for pleasure, so I don't think there is anything wrong with treating yourself at times. But you're right - gotta jump right back on track!!

imabehot Awwwe, congrats on being a big sister - again Hope you get to spend some quality time with her in the near future.

NightAngel26 hi Good to see you check in. Back onto the wagon today!

stilettolife nice drop, well done!

Minneey I would choose eating over running any day, too! No, kidding. I hope you find the time to get in both soon
Hahaha, yeah, my life is SO tough Getting the legs checked out first and then worry about the next step. I mean, I paid 40€ for my half-marathon already, and it's not refundable -- so I better get running!

AAD you chose a realistic goal, and I'm sure you'll make it!

Jacqui_D yep, if you get your water in your cheat day weight will be gone quick! You always do

watchoutforthatcar you are totally right!

Have a great day everyone! It's supposed to snow in my hometown today - first time this year! Well, only looking forward to it because there was none yet...
Take care!

Turtle, yay on moving in the right direction!

183, I'm glad your legs are feeling a little better. I hope they start feeling a lot better! Have a great day studying (in the snow?)

Watchout and Susan, I agree with you! This is a great group! Ups and downs happen in weight loss, but as long as the big picture shows us going in the right direction, it's all good, and everyone here seems to get that! They are all so real and so supportive, and I know for me that makes it easy to come here and post my progress (keeping me accountable) even when the scale isn't cooperating, like today, lol! The best part is even when I'm not having such a great day, I can come here and get excited for someone who is and know my good day will come soon too!

An up day today, but that’s ok ☺ Did a 6 mile hike yesterday, and didn’t drink quite enough, and omg y’all I was HUNGRY. So I went over my calories – not crazy but definitely over – but that’s ok. It was a tough day on my body and I just needed the extra fuel, I’m good with that.

Susan1975 – Haha, I always have to put on my glasses to read the scale or I would do that all the time! At least you were close!

Rsadler – congrats on the consistent drops this month!

Jacqui – Thanks for the support ☺

Watchoutforthatcar – I feel the same way!

183stGB – Good call going to the doctor, can’t hurt.

Sum28 – congrats on the drop, talk about a woosh!

Kelijpa – You’re so close! Great job!

Default hello...

shr1nk1ngme: about not fitting into smaller sizes with loss, yeah I totally get ya there...maybe it's a body shape thing because I swear at 160lbs I still wore a 12 when everyone else was like, "oh I'm an 8 or 9" annoying right? got hips? or maybe it's a butt thing...that's what I tell my daughter, she has a butt too

watchoutforthatcar Doing great on the loss! You're pretty much there!

stilettolife nice job on the loss, looks like you've gone above and beyond what you were after!

minneey You should totally get some video and post it if your other half is running up and down the stairs for your benefit that's funny!! also, good luck on your trip, sounds exciting!

AAD Welcome, looks like a good goal for the time we have!

designchick88: I know right? sometimes it's hard not to get discouraged, especially if you do everything right and the scale stays the same. or *gasp* goes back up! Thanks!

susan1975 Small potatoes that .8 whichever the reason...look how awesome you've done lately!!

rsadler126 Look at that, you're going steadily down!! Good job! Almost there!

jacqui d: Hey thanks...green tea, like tea bags? do you put anything in it?

183stgb hey, no worries about not exercising you're doing well, maybe you need a break...and surely if you think you need to be seen you should go...me too..hip kills with impact and with not moving... good luck!

[B]sum38[/B omg whoosh fairy!! I want some!!! that is awesome work good job!

kelijpa nice job there with the loss, getting there!

turtle11 good job going steady ... will help you keep it off I hear....

Default ok...

so, I'm 254 today so I must have been retaining....my body really likes this number so I'll probably have to work hard to get under it solidly... you know how it is sometimes it seems like the same weight just keeps hanging on... well, I've been yoyoing but....it still likes this one...better than the last one I guess.

I'm thinking about calling my doctor about my hip, it bothers with impact, some rotations and with resting too long. I still have nerve trouble from the epidural but this is a different place and I spoke to the doc about the hip 2 years ago with no results and it's worse... I'm thinking maybe arthritis...have a bit in the knees already. This is prob genetics and too much weight...anybody else have that sort of thing?

Hey y'all!!

Well done everyone, 10 days to go.....!

Well, my husband had the day off yesterday so we had a family day and I didn't get a chance to go on here but I did weigh myself and was fully expecting a no-loss week but was very pleasantly surprised by a loss of 1.8lbs, so now I’m down to 196.2! It´s such a great feeling to be very much into onderland now instead of balancing precariously within a 2lb edge. But, that does not mean I can relax! Still exercising every day, and although we did a lot yesterday activity-wise as we went for a bike ride, I still went to the gym in the evening just to do a little upper-body work and have a little me time too.

Keep going everyone, we can do this!!!!
