Well, I worked out every day except Wednesday, and no drop. I did the Turbo Jam lower body workout yesterday, and I'm going to do one of the Cardio Party videos after a while. Hoping that I'll be like 183StGB and change sizes despite no change on the scale.
Hope everybody enjoys their Saturday. We are heading to a local microbrewery with friends...I know that doesn't sounds healthy, but I can't spend my whole life staying home avoiding food and drink. Going to try my best to take it easy on both today. Be good to yourselves!

Even if there are no results on the scale, you are building a healthy new lifestyle, a stronger body, a better metabolism, mental health, etc. There are myriad other reasons besides weight loss to exercise. I choose to look at exercise this way: once we reach our goal weight, we must continue to exercise even though we are not expecting any results on the scale. Might as well get used to it. Otherwise we will yo-yo.
Ditto for the microbrewery. In maintenance, I am not going to decline all invitations and sit home lest I overindulge. So I have to learn NOW how to engage in social dining without overindulging, because that's what I'm going to be doing for the rest of my life.
Checking in at 159.0 this morning, down .8 since two days ago.
It's only been three days, but I don't usually bounce back up, so I hope I am solidly in the 150's now.
Gonna walk with weights again tonight. It seems to be serving me well and I can feel myself getting stronger each time I do it. I am walking further and carrying more weights that ever. Maybe soon I will be ready to try C25K again.

Good morning all! It looks like everyone did great this week congrats!
Turtle if weight watchers helped before and you can afford it than maybe it'll be worth doing again.
imabehot congrats on the first 5! that is wonderful, you are off to a great start.
boating enjoy your night and get right OP tomorrow!
I woke up this morning with heavy/congested feeling lungs I am hoping I didn't pick up bronchitis, I was hoping to get through the winter without it this year. I am hoping if I take it easy for the weekend whatever it is will clear up
been a while since I did personals but have been following along, you all are doing so well...
Turtle11: I see you're bouncing around a little bit...I did too...still you're doing very well
darius you mentioned fried dumplings...mmm.... yum! Looks like you're also doing fabulously!! losing congrats!
minneey lots of DNW? do you usually only weigh certain days? You're doing well too!
pnkrckpxicat wow good job, really losing there...getting close to your goal
183stgb: no change huh? well, I think you might be gaining muscle w all your workouts!! Bet you'll see a drop next time! Me? well I'm ok I ate well...everything at lunch w my boyfriend on his bday...def few lbs worth calories that day (13th) but back down now!
sum38 wow nice drop there congrats!!!! was that because you're eating enough cals now? or just because you're doing super
kelijpa Well, you're making progress which is always better than going backwards good going!
boatingmommy chicken wing flaps..omg you're funny.... for staying op.
jacqui d: congrats to you too for losing!!!
Woodstock: woo hoo for the 140's I can't wait till I get close to those types of numbers!!! good job!
designchick88 water weight? yeah i hold a lot too especially working out... what it does i guess.... lucky yours let go... and if I didn't say it before, welcome!!
imabehot: good job on the loss this month!!
workinglikeadog: you're doing really well on your goals, good luck not snacking...I don't eat after dinner either unless I'm under calories for the day because eating under doesn't help me lose much and it makes me feel sick
vix good job on your loss!!
ajlee no change yet? don't worry it will come just don't give up!
dcapulet good job sticking to it!! nice work!
shr1nk1ngme that's a good mentality, get used to it because it'll be normal basically...yes I understand what it's like not wanting to go out just in case...I generally overdo things and once in a while I like to really but learning to fix it rather than keep going is key too...
See that DNW down there? I didn't weigh the day after I ate everything in sight...and interestingly I chose to do that. I do find that choosing to do it rather than giving into it when I'm upset or bored is interesting...it had a purpose and I could leave it behind... it was my boyfriend's birthday lunch (chinese). So, I picked up and got back to work...took some time but paid off well. I need to add some strength exercises though, my back muscles and belly muscles are still kaput.... wish me luck!
NightAngel, congrats on the drop and good job on the planned cheat day!
Pixikat, oh no, I hope you feel better soon!
Shr1nk1ngme, yay on the .8 loss! Nice chart!
dCapulet, very close to goal! Keep going!
Woodstock, look at you go! Great job!
Ajlee, good for you making that low stick!
Boating, I hope you enjoyed your day out with friends!
Turtle, good idea on joining WW! Way to be proactive!
Imabehot, keep going! You're doing so well!
Sum, great job! Keep it up!
Kelijpa, that's fixable! I know you've got this!
183, I agree! When you are losing fat and building muscle, body measurements and/or clothing sizes are a much better tool to gauge your progress than the scale. Yay on being 2 sizes down with no muffin top! That's real success!
Minneey, congrats on the big whoosh!
Vix, woohoo on the 2.4 ln loss! Keep going for those goals!
Diana, thanks and yes, Jacqui is my first name. It's short for Jacqueline.
Designchick, congrats on the drop! Oh yes, sometimes it seems the body goes against logic. Sometimes to lose weight you have to eat and/or drink more! If you don't get enough, your body will slow your metabolism to conserve calories and hold onto water to keep things running smoothly, so it's best just to cooperate, lol!
