I ordered one of my old workout tapes that I had on VHS. It was offered on DVD so I bought it. Minna Lessig's Emergency workout. It's an hour long with cardio and then toning. I did the whole thing last night and was totally drenched in sweat when I was done. It was soooo worth the 9 buck on Amazon! There's a couple of old ones that I wish were on DVD.

Ugh! I totally changed what I ate yesterday and added a bunch of different exercise but my weight still wants to stay at the exact same weight: 158.4. I think I have found my first "set point". It's really only been five days so I'm not in a panic yet, but I'm definitely going to be mixing it up again today.

shr1nk1ng it is likely a stall. the body does that sometimes, it is like it needs a breather. if you stay OP it'll get back into it eventually.

Good frosty day, Everyone! I am down a half-lb from yesterday! I had a lot to eat last night (on-plan foods though) so I'm a little surprised, but I'll take it!

Turtle, Glad to see you came back off yesterday's bump!

Pixikat, yay on being down, even if it is a bit of a mystery, lol!

Woodstock, way to go! Keep going!

Shr1nk1ngme, try not to become discouraged. Setpoints happen but the scale will eventually start moving again!

Boating, good job on doing such an intense workout! Your results will pay off, especially in the long run when you have a nicely toned body!

RideRunRepeat, great job staying on plan! That's what is going to lead to your overall success at this!

Kelijpa, WOW! Fantastic!!! You're so close to goal! I'm so happy for you!

Sum, yay! Congrats on the new low! You are on fire! Keep it up!

183, oh I'm so sorry that it's serious enough to take meds! I hope you heal very quickly and your legs feel better soon! And good job staying on plan and saving up enough calories for the treats you want! Smart! And congrats on passing your exam!

Susan, great job at the grocery! I (along with everyone else here) am rooting for you on your way to Onederland!

Minneey, yay on the new low!!! Kiss those 140's goodbye!

Imabehot, you are on a roll! Keep going!

Designchick, just a little bump. I'm sure it will be gone in no time!

Rsadler, way to jump in to help RideRunRepeat out! May some good karma come your way! :

NightAngel, woohoo on the big whoosh!!! I'm so sorry your hip is bothering you. I'm sure this weather is not helping! And yes, I use Celestial Seasonings Lemon Honey Ginsing teabags. A few years ago Celestial Seasonings was rated as having the best shelf-life among grocery store brands of green tea. Also, I don't drink decaffeinated tea because the decaffeination process destroys the antioxidants, which are what make green tea so healthy. I sweeten it with Splenda.

TrayTeam, I'm so glad you are feeling better! The flu is nasty stuff!

Jenny, congrats on the nice drop! No more 200's for you!!!

Hi guys

Today is my weigh-in day, and I'm not really sure if this is really what I weigh, but my parents' manual scale said that. Kinda.
My legs feel a little better, but I'm basically experiencing all side-effects the meds have to offer - couldn't sleep last night, have a real bad headache, my body is swelling in my face is breaking out. Worst of all, I have the munchies. I don't think today will be such a great diet-day, but happens.
Anyways, I'm doing okay! I think I'll be able to ease back into exercise Sunday or Monday.
It snowed for the first time this season, by the way!! so exciting.

kelijpa OMG you're at 155! Well done!!

RideRunRepeat great job staying on plan - the scale did reward you! Keep at it!

boatingmommy yay for oldskool workout videos! I found one that my mom and I used to do like 15 years ago in the attic - it's a belly dancing one I remember always dressing up when doing it - totally need to revive that

Woodstock Nice drop!
Yeah, the lentils were really delicious! A lot of the Swabian (Southern German) dishes are made with vinegar so tend to be a little sour, but mixed with all the spices it's really good. Poor people food = super healthy. My mom makes the best!

pnkrckpixikat Bodys are weird, don't sweat the ups and downs! Long-term downward trend is what counts!

Turtle11 nice woosh!

Jacqui_D Well done entering the 160's!

Sum38 thanks for your well-wishes Yeah, Momma is really spoiling me! But she enjoys doing it too - we spend a lot of quality time together when it's just me and her at home, and she misses the full house now that we are all away at school.

darius great to see you check-in! How are you doing? Your 4.4lb drop is telling me you're doing AMAZING!! Way to go

Minneey yeah, a year ago I'd never thought about exercising regularly, and now I'm basically going mad that I couldn't for a week. I'll be back at it soon though Positive.
You seem to have couple exciting days ahead - have a great time! And whatever you plan to do, good luck sticking to it

ajlee33 well done

Hey, it's Friday already! Have a great start into the weekend!
