So tired and so sore!!! I am a social worker and work out of my home for the state of Illinois. Someone tried to fax me at 4:15 a.m.!!! There is a central office that they can fax to, but they faxed my home and woke the whole house up! Argh! Needless to say, I was pissed and couldn't get back to sleep. So now I am walking around like a zombie trying to get ready for work.
I am sore because yesterday was the second day in a row that I worked out. I did the Turbo Jam Cardio party 2. I moved muscles that haven't been moved in a while. Lord help me if I have to cough or sneeze! Stomach muscles are gone!
Have a great day everyone! Mine can only get better from here.
Well I stepped on my scale this morning and literally said out loud “wha??????” – for a good reason for once. I’m doing zumba tonight though so I can expect a good 2-3 pounds of water weight tomorrow…. My body is so weird, but I love it anyway haha.

kelija – that’s a really good idea! I think I’ll try to take a break when I grab my tea and cycle through some yoga/lunges/squats for 5 minutes. That’s could really add up!
Welcome kalikat003! I just got back into this challenge as well ☺
183stGB – hahaha you crack me up, at least you got a good fitness goal out of it ☺
I've been allowing myself to snack a little each night and clearly have not been doing myself any favor! It also occurred to me late yesterday that the antibiotics i've been taking since Friday for a minor eye infection may also be impacting water retention.

boating, hope eating is back under control - that's a hard one.
stiletto, hope you get rid of that sinus infection soon.
jacqui, there is great joy in seeing the ticker and you align, lol.
minneey, when you find that focus, please send some this way too!
Pnkr, jacqui and designe - thanks for your continued support on no p.m. snacking. I got this pattern from my mom/family and my inner child thinks everyday is an occasion to eat.
Sending F-o-c-u-s power to all that need it, hoping I can get some too.
Make it a great day.

Welcome to all the newbies!! This us THE place to be :-)
Keli, thanks for the ideas about managing the schedule !
Design chick, nice to know I'm not the only one struggling with the routine thing. It's food on the go as im not in the office that's my biggest problem. I need to try and be more if a hermit!
Boating, tell me more about turbo jam? Have you tried the next one turbo fire? I'm thinking of ordering the chalean extreme workout programme and some weights, so might try and see if I can get one of her others at the same time. I've heard jam and fire are quite hard to follow? What are your results like?
Well, I grudgingly went to the gym tonight and checked my watch every 2-5mibs throughout my spin class. It appears focus is not the only thing on my wish list, motivation and will power also needed. Maybe I should call it a whoosh list?!

Minneey, I'm glad to see you move past 141! Keep going! You may not feel like doing what you're doing, but keep doing it! You'll be glad you did!
Susan, good job on the new low! :
Workinglikeadog, I see your name is Diana and I think I will start using that. (It's beautiful and shorter, lol) I hope you don't mind. So Diana, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you get a visit from the whoosh fairy soon!
Imabehot, yay on another lb!
Woodstock, I don't know if antibotics cause water gain, but I would think the body would hold water to help it fight any kind of infection. I'm just guessing though!
Designchick, woohoo on the big drop!
Boating, yep, a fax at 4:30 in the morning just might make one a little cranky, lol! Great job on the TurboJam and I hope your sore muscles start feeling better very soon!
Turtle, congrats on another new low!
Kelijpa, looking good! Keep it up!
183, you are on fire! Great job on the exercise!
Rhiko, glad you're still checking in! Congrats on being 63.5! I hope you get some sleep and your complete focus back!
Scheduling is totally what I need to work on. I wake up, go to work, pick up kids from school, make dinner, kids baths and homework on a schedule. I have got to put exercise on the sched somewhere and just do it without question. I have been pretty good with meal planning for the week and it has helped so much to stop the mindless, grab something quick eating.
Thank you guys for all the support. It is awesome. I need to post more but this month has been almost overwhelming with getting my eating under control, and trying to get my exercise in. Then my husband had some changes this year with our health/RX insurance that I am trying to figure out. BUT I haven't used food to deal with my stress!!!!!!
I ended up eating at the school cafeteria yesterday (which I usually never do) and my calorie intake was a little higher. Sad note, school food is not very delicious, so it wasn't worth it. When I know in advance that I'll stay at school over lunch I pack something, but yesterday I didn't. Happens.
My legs still feel a little like jello, but I'll go for a slow short run in the afternoon because the weather is nice.
