good morning guys
I ended up constantly wanting to eat yesterday, and I guess I did. Considering my parents hid all the junk, I basically ate Müsli for all three meals. More than I should have, but at least it's healthy and super filling.
We'll be going out for Mexican food tonight, and I decided I'd rather only eat salad and then drink all my calories.
Anyways - today is my last day of IV treatment, and since it needs to be given on consecutive days the Doctor will be coming in and opening the office just for me. I am really glad I get to go there - not because I like having to go, but when I do, they are REALLY taking care of me. They are literally going out of their way, which is nothing I take for granted and am definitely thankful for.
My legs feel way better, too

I want to do a little stationary bike later this afternoon and see how it's going.
kelijpa you had an AMAZING week! Well done!
boatingmommy I think you should stay on your original plan for another little while. Your body is no machine, stalls are natural and it's been less than a week.
Snow is already gone here, by the way

The ground wasn't cold enough for it to stick.
NightAngel26 probably water weight, no worries

In Germany you can buy Chia seeds at the grocery store - Müsli/grain section. Otherwise, Amazon got everything
shr1nk1ngme yay for the 3lbs and the NSVs! Well done!!
Woodstock I am the same way - when I come home drunk and there is food around, I can it ALL! So , smart move to have all the bad stuff out of the house!
Enjoy your parties
