exhale, I'm sure you will get your $30 worth at that club.

I'm going to skip tonights workout. It's almost 7:30 and I am super hungry. Had to stay a bit late at work. I can not lift weights on an empty stomach so I'm going to skip. I may make it up the weekend. Off to make dinner.

exhale, I hope you have a productive week. You'll be missed.

eyre, be safe on your road back to fitness.

novangel, You're on to another Jillian product? Not bored with her yet?

Today has not been optimal for food or exercise. I'm just tired and didn't feel like it. I thought about going for a walk because the weather is super nice. But, its dark now and I don't like walking with the night creators like skunks, possums, deer...oh my! LOL. This is what I get for living in suburbia and near a park. Off to watch the poor souls on Shark Tank.

Ok I did 40 minutes outside fast walking/jogging and then Jillian L3. I made spaghetti with light olive oil and garlic for dinner, pasta scares me but I figure I am safe since I busted a** today. I hope.

Philly, nope I'm definitely not bored with her! She's great.

Has anyone ever watched Shark Tank?
Tonight was a pitch by Billy Blanks Jr. The sharks (investors) wanted to know why he doesn't partner with his father, Billy Blanks the taebo king. Apparently they are not close. Billy Blanks Jr and his wife were even homeless once upon a time. He really tried not to go into it, but the sharks really wanted to know why this valuable resource in his father wasn't available to him.

novangel, I just noticed your sig....lmao!

Never seen Shark Tank, I'm watching Scorned. I'm an Investigative Discovery Channel addict.

We're wild for a Friday night, eh?

Hello ladies

Looks like I missed a lot of posts!

Exhale- have a good week and will see you next Saturday
Philly- I never watched shark tank. I don't watch T.V much
Novangel- I'm glad your spirit is up, keep it up! and I wont worry about pasta, I eat it 2-3 a week. Just keep your portions in control.

I lifted weights and a 30 min jog.

Have a great weekend all

Thumbs down

Oh crap, I went out to eat and went 750 over on calories! I planned to go out for a run but then my ex called here and upset me so I got side tracked. :/

Back on track tomorrow.

Happy Sunday!!

Hello All! Sounds like a few of us has some dietary trials this weekend. I did well yesterday until the evening. I was out too late and had to pick up something but others were involved so others had input. The good thing is that I didn't eat anything for the remainder of the day so it wasn't all bad.

Today I am tackling laundry. I spent most of yesterday in the hospital visiting my nephew so no food shopping was done. I'm in need of salad stuff and fruit. I'm not going shopping though cause I really need to just rest today.

Gabi, I bought a spiral veggie slicer. It cuts a zucchini in pasta form and you can use it as a pasta substitute. I've not used it yet, but since I didn't go shopping and whipping up pasta sauce is super simple I may give it a try.

Babygirl...have fun in disney and I hope you had some protein in that salad.

eyre, how's the foot?

exhale, miss you lots! I hope you are keeping on goal.

Philly, that looks good! I like cooked veggies too.

Ok 40 minutes of Jill done, L1 and L3 back to back again. I have a very busy work week ahead of me so I hope I can stay on track with exercise.

Have a nice night.

Awful quiet in here....

I happened to notice that today marks my 3 month anniversary since I began my weightloss journey! I then got annoyed to discover that a stupid little bag of vinegar chips I ate from Jimmy Johns at lunch was 280 calories. I hate when I spend my night working off something I didn't even care that much to have in the first place. I'd rather work off a cookie or something.

So where is everyone????

Yeah, we have to pick the vibe back up.

So, what's going on ladies? Are we reading more than posting? Do you not want to say what has not been done? As you can see we post both the good and the bad so no need to hide in the shadows.

Oh, I didn't make that. It was a picture off of amazon and those are zucchini noodles.

I didn't do my normal weekly cooking and very sorry that I didn't. Figuring out meals day by day adds a bit of stress that I don't enjoy. It's like a scavenger hunt for my food....LOL. I didn't feel like cooking mainly because I've been a bit tired and just wanted to not do anything on Sunday. I know I keep saying it, but I've got to figure out how to get my workout in before work. I can just tell by the nice days that we had that I won't want to come straight home. I am re-reading Burn the fat, feed the muscle by Tom Venuto. Anybody read it? It's sad that I bought this ebook over four years ago and am still at the same point. I just want to be one of those people where exercise is as natural as brushing my teeth. I also want to figure out how to not have cravings and conquer my sweet tooth. I've learned a lot, but I don't stick to it. "It" being exercise or eating healthy... Sigh!

I would love to exercise 4 days a week but unfortunately for now it needs to be 5-6 days a week minimum to get the results I want. Once I reach maintenence weight (approx 140p) in 2029 I can probably go down to 3-4 days a week.

Off to my date with Jillian.
