Jillian talks about a vision board in Body Revolution, but I just brushed that idea off. I did hang up some pics from one of my fav trainers Cathe Friedrich from a calendar I bought a few years ago. That's the only thing fitness wise I've ever put together. I'll have to revisit that idea.

No to doing the programs together. They both use cardio and weights throughout the workouts. There would definitely be overuse issues. I'm leaning towards doing Jill. People on facebook have gotten such good results and I so want to be one of them.

I went grocery shopping today and watermelons were on sale. I bought two of them and one felt like it was 15 lbs easy. Carrying it from my car and then up three flights of steps left me huffin and puffin. It's stuffy here and I'm not enjoying the weather. I immediately took a shower, ate lunch and feel so much better now relaxing here in air conditioning.

I'm the same way.

I like to stick to one program, one trainer. Keeps me focused and you can't go wrong with Jillian.

I took tonight off - Saturday is normally my night off anyway so I'm going to stick with going back to my usual routine. My thighs are super sore...

I pretty much stopped using Myfitnesspal when I got sick. I realized I eat the same meals/snacks over and over (and never blow my allowance unless I'm really trying to) so I don't see a reason to log the same foods every single day anymore unless I'm going to eat outside the norm. It's kind of a pain in the @ss like having to remember to take BC. It's a great tool for newbies but I found that it's not really necessary anymore now that I know the limits and more educated about food/calories in general.

See everyone tomorrow.

Good Morning!
I'm up doing laundry. I almost got into 'day off mode, but I decided to stick to my usual schedule. I think I've had too much lounge time which started the lazies. I am going to give my foodsaver a try and bag n freeze those beans I made along with some of the pork roast. I feel like having beef so i will use the crock pot for that.

I'm hungry now and the pineapple I ate earlier has worn off. Be back later!

Gabi, do not freak out if you go up a little. It will be because you are getting back to your routine, body holding on to fluid, muscle swelling again, etc. I don't think this week will be a good indication of your efforts.. DO NOT FREAK OUT...OK! If I could make this blink in neon I would...lol

It was too rainy to mow yesterday, so I did Body Pump (didn't finish that either though, I think TOM is really tearing me down this month, feeling so weak...). It's too rainy to mow today as well, but I don't think I'd have the strength for it anyway. Maybe tomorrow.

Hi guys, took a 90-minute Middle Eastern/ Bellydance class last night. It was fun & I slept great. Finding my body feeling 'lighter', like my mind is registering my wt. loss. It's nice. And I'm also finding that, even though my food is not 100% yet, I'm feeling 'full' more quickly - I'm attributing that to my increase in fruits and veggies; the other stuff feels heavy now.

Remember.....even 'two step forward, 1/2 step back', is a net forward movement. Keep Up the Good Work !

Philly, I won't freak out but I just got home from the party and it's almost 10pm so no Jillian tonight. :/ At least I didn't over eat while I was there.

Hello ladies

I've been really sick the past week, severe headache, tummy ache and pelvic pain. I have no idea what's up. Went to the doctor a lot of times and test results are still pending I hope it's nothing serious. I haven't exercised in forever but I'm barely eating. I did reach my goal weight though I'll get back on the exercise wagon next Monday (I'm still in pain). Missed you ladies and I'm proud of all you

Since hubby has the day off for Memorial Day he's going to mow the front yard, which is that part that really needs to be mowed, and I'm going to get the bigger back yard sometime later in the week. My goal for today is to get ahead with all the housework, and some kind of light exercise this afternoon if I don't feel too sick.

Hope you all have a nice holiday. =)

Angelsmom Hope you feel better soon.

I must say I've gotten a lot done this weekend. I did lots of laundry and cleaning. It's much too hot and humid for me so I've not been to the usual cookouts. Honestly I wasn't in the mood for it anyway. It's almost 90 degrees and I don't enjoy it. Actually temp over low 80's I have a problem with. My goal was to make exercise a priority this week and for that I need to have meal prep and be more at peace with my surroundings.

exhale, I've always wanted to take a bellydance class. I bet it was fun. Are you still doing weight watchers. Did you see the latest commercial. I'm very impressed with it because they talk about the negative messages we tell ourselves.

gabi, how impressive to not overeat at a cookout.

angelsmom, those symptoms don't sound fun. Take care, drink lots and rest.

bunneh, how's the weather in your neck of the woods? Please take it easy.

I feel a nap coming on

That's the only good part about getting sick is the weight loss. Feel better soon.

Philly, I never go overboard at cook out's or during the holidays. I gained from going out to restaurants too much when my BF and I started dating. That in combination with zero exercise.... :/

Back to Jillian tonight for sure!

Ugh, it is really uncomfortable out there.

Philly, I like what you said about needing to be 'more at peace' with your surroundings in order to make exercise a priority. When my place is neat, I feel so free in a way. Belly dancing was fun. It's funny - before I tried Zumba, I never would have taken a class like that. It's almost like once I got through a couple of Zumba classes I broke through some self-imposed barrier. Like, 'I can try this...' Why not? The same thing with the food. I'm having so so success because I'm not paying attention! Why not eat like a thin chick? Why not act like one and become one. I know what to do. Hear that....It's me giving myself a kick in the
