Just got back from my cousin's grad party...didn't do too bad on food, but then again it was mostly hot dogs and potato salads (yuk!) so that's ok. Going out tonight and busin' my butt to make up for last night's mosquito truck incident

I don't know why I left the program. Well, I know why but you can't deny the calorie burn and the effectiveness of Jill's format. Workout 1 is done and I burned 414 calories for 30 minutes of work.

McMurphy, good going on doing good at the party.

Exhale, Enjoy your yoga stretch after all of that work.

Eskie, I think I missed that you were consistently doing 30 day shred. Hat's off to that accomplishment!

Gabi, Today is the day! I must admit I was almost let the lazies get me, but I got it done.

Good morning

I was out like a light last night. Did a pretty good job on the painting. Looks great. This project got me thinking about the effect my energy has on my world. I spent x number of hours of my energy painting and now have a prettier bedroom. Tangible. I created that outcome. It's an extension of me, a reflection of my sacred energy. Like preparing my meals, and building my strength and stamina....tangible reflection of where I apply my energy.....

Thank you so much for the thread.
I go to gym regularly and do weight training and cardio regularly. I have found the girls who do more cardio look thin. But my forearms have started looking bigger due to weight training. I never wanted bigger forearms.
I have decided to increase my cardio more. I do elliptical with 4-6 resistance for
25 minutes and burn around 250 cal. Then I do 20 min weight training and little yoga for cooling down.
What do you feel? If I increase cardio and reduce weight training, will I get leaner body?
