Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill (ran 2.5 miles). Then 10 minutes of "hills" on the bike, and 100 crunches. I'm really hoping to see a loss this week, even with TOM!

I've started walking on the treadmill, up to 30 minutes now. When I get back down weight wise I MAY just have to go back and get my Second Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo... Its been 2 years since I got the First Degree... I think it's time.

1.5 hr skate ski -I think I'm finally getting the hang of it! Don't look like such a dork anyway.

-S
Went for a WI today - officially 156 on the COD scale. Had measurements done also - nothing too stellar....gained 1/2 " on my thigh from skate skiing.

hey everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say hello. Ive been taking a break this past week on eating POP. Ive been on vacation.I stayed home and did stuff around the house that needed to be done(wish I was on a beach somewhere). I havent lost any or gained. Today I am back on plan and back to work. The funny thing is I have lost an inch in my waist, thighs and bust. I guess it finally caught up with the weight loss. Its officaially been 16 weeks yesterday. I am now only20 pounds overweight not the 73 pounds. 20 is such a better number. Well, hope everyone is POP today. I am going to be,hopefully, lol.

Good morning - Well I finally made it through my weight work out last night - If felt good to still have some energy left afterwards. I think I'm definitely going to do the cardio tonight - I might not make 20 mins on the elliptical - but I'm going to go as long as I can and then just do the rest on the treadmill. It is sooooo good to be back in the gym....It makes your body feel so much better!
