misswinters - to add to wayward and wuv. Remember why you are losing weight. I had to learn this the hard way but you are doing this for you. It's tough without a partner (my husband has frozen pizza all the time), you can do it. You are the only person standing in your way of reaching your goals. I believe in you, focus on you and worry about him later and try not to be frustrated.

wuv - I think it was my body releasing all my bad juju from falling off the wagon...I did nothing different except I have not been exercising as much, I only walked the dogs for about 2 hours this week instead of the 10.5 I have been doing until my accident. Plus with the walking been walking really really slow...so no idea where the big whoosh came from unless like I said the body just releasing the bad juju.

Well I guess the bad jujuj can come IF he lets go of 9lbs.....lol....I started using my portable peddler this week for 15 mins a day so we will see how that goes. Before I wasn't doing anything. I started working out my arms with a resistant band for my bat wings....lol

Bat wings, that's a great description.
I still have those on my arms a little which is quite frustrating, but slowly and surely.

My parents saw that last picture of me and they were like um how are you getting arm muscles from walking lol.

LOL....that is funny...you probably always had arm muscles they are just showing now that you are losing the inches in your arms

You are right it is IF you body wants you too. It took me 2 weeks to lose 3lbs to get under 300. Just stick to the plan and it will come off

Thank you all so much! I said from the start that I was doing IP for me and no one else. I still have that attitude and there is no looking back now!

Bellamack is doing very well on alternatives, much better than she was on IP products she lost 2.2lbs this week and before she wasn't even losing a lb so this may be better for you

Busy weekend coming up for me, first basketball game of the season tonight yay.
Then guys night of gaming, ping pong and movies.
Then tomorrow UFC PPV with the guys.

I'm following alternatives and have been very happy with it. I thought I would start out on alternatives and if I wasn't losing well I'd go to an IP clinic (30 min away without traffic) but since I'm happy with what I'm losing on alternatives I'm sticking with it.

Just remember not to get frustrated if you don't make it this week Sandra, we have all had our bad weeks, the nice thing is it's usually followed by a good week.
You will get under 200 in the next 2 weeks I bet.


Winter, say what you want but it doesn't matter how long you are together before you get married, things always change a little afterwards, some of us more than others lol.
