OK ya'all, I need someone to be accountable to, to verbally kick me in the butt when/if I cheat because I have been a bad girl lately.
Many people have said that they like having a coach because it makes them feel accountable to someone. I am doing alternatives and the only person I am accountable to is myself and that is just not working. I don't do things for myself (not often), I am a pleaser, i do things for others. So I need someone who I can report to, who will ask me if I stayed OP, who will give me some grief if I don't.
I will do the same for others if they want me too.

Well you have come to the right thread for that. Wayward and I can be there to keep you in line but in the long run it is YOU that has to stay on the program. YOU CAN DO THIS! why are you having issues staying OP? do you know what the trigger is to make you go off?

I'm here! I check in quite late because I'm in a late time zone and also I am super busy with work during the week so don't get to post till later in the evening.
