Good morning, Glad to see you are back in action Wayward. Was a busy weekend here too my son came home from college for the weekend so it was a cooking weekend for me. Went to the movies with the boys friday night and saw "In Time" was a good movie. Now if I could just get someone to come with me see Footloose I would be excited!! Wuv, your new profile picture is great, you are so pretty! I always look forward to seeing your new photos. I hate my picture taken, they always seem terrible to me so I always try to avoid it. Your body shots totally show a big difference, you are doing so awesome. Congratulations on your weight loss so far, and thanks again for all your help on here, you have helped me out so many times with your posts. I just saw a recipe you posted for cauliflower and I think that will be for supper for us tonight.

Wow the thread is dead today.
I have been busy at work today and just didn't have time to post earlier.
I didn't do my WI at lunch, just too busy, so I will go after work.
Took the little guy out to the mall last night in his monkey costume and did the loop. Got a lot of comments about how cute he looked.
Even had one of my old co-workers come running up to me and say how great I looked, he said it looked like I lost a whole person. I told him I almost have lol.
That was really nice though, made my day.
Haven't been able to exercise near as much as I wanted this week, I hope my WI doesn't suffer as a result, I guess I will see tonight.
I hope everyone is staying positive and staying OP.
Hey there Wayward...sorry I had to GO To WORK today, didn't work from home and it was a last minute thing so I didn't even get on the threads this morning. Shocked a lot of people today because I had on a new outfit and it shows my curves now...hahaha.....gotta love the mouths that drop!!....was a good day but I am glad its over that is for sure.

Been busy like usual around here. I think I may have broke my big toe. I dropped a log on it while I was stacking wood today. It is changing to some interesting shades of purple and blue.
We decided that it was time to turn the heat on so we don't look like a bunch of Eskimo's in the house.
Hoping to have a good WI tomorrow but may postpone until the weekend because I try to WI in the morning b4 breakfast but I can't do that for a few more weeks because of my field study has me going all day long after work in the morning and weighting myself isn't the first thing that crosses my mind at 5am. So we shall see what I decide. I want to know but also know that if I wait until afternoon the scale will reflect the difference.

O.k. Lisa won't let me go off on my WI like I would prefer to do so I will have to edit my comments for this board lol.
I will make another post about that. I didn't take any pictures of his costume the night we went out, but here is a pic from the video we took of him in it.
WI#17 down, I cannot use the "O" word so I lost a measly 1 pound, I did gain 4 more pounds of lean mass this week though, and my body fat percentage is finally on the decline again. I had it go up the past several weeks.
It's finally down again to a new low:
I guess I will just have to push it harder this week to try and make up for it.
Stay positive and stay OP, I know I am doing my best to stay positive.
Wayward Wayward Wayward....MEASLY??????......grrrrr.....Ok I'll let you slide, so you had ONE small week and you have issues with that?? At least you still loss so that is all that matters to me!!! Your little guy is so adorable!!!
I am happy to report that I lost another 4lbs and 3.5 inches soooooo that makes 97lbs and 73.2 inches in 28 weeks!! Next week I SHOULD hit my 100lb mark!! at least that is what I am hoping for if not I will get it the next that is for sure!!!

Spoke with my coach last night and found out, if they are taking readings of all your stuff, they actually pay the company $10 for each person per month, so that is why some clinics charge for their weekly visits.
My clinic is just nice and covers it.

This is the same thing that my clinic does as well... but she has become quite a decent counselor... she always givving me advice for personal situations... and I really needed her yesterday!!
