can you give some inspiration on how IP has helped your PCOS. Thanks!

I have more energy than I had before, my acne has cleared up, and I have spotted on my own unfortunately AF has yet to make a full appearance but the spotting is more than before.

I have never lose weight this fast before in my life. Proir to IP I would eat 1400 calories on WW, exercise 6-10hours a week and lose 1 lb a week. It took a year to lose 30lbs and there were 2 months that I walked an average of 15hrs a week, training for the Susan G Komen 3-Day 60-mile walk.
My TOM has become regular every 28 day... prior I would get it every 10-15 weeks. Depression is gone, energy is back. Facial hair has been growing slower.

ah yes I second the losing weight the best on this diet. I tried WW 3 times and did not lose the weight like I have on this diet.

I was diagnosed with PCOS two years ago and as someone who tried every diet under the sun and who was also told that the chances of me getting pregnant with fertility drugs etc was slim to none I started IP and 3.5 months later I had a regular period, could track my ovulation and lost 77 pounds. The best part...I got pregnant after 2 months of trying and am now the proud mom of a 10 week old son. my OBGYN and specialist were shocked at how well IP worked for me and how fast my period returned and of course how fast I got pregnant

I am now back on IP trying to get rid of my mummy tummy. This program works for PCOS..good luck
