What a wonderful comment to you Wuv. I bet you didn't need any extra blush makeup on after that!! I don't think he can be too hot or too good looking for you, because you are a beautiful lady. Sure does make you feel good when you get nice compliments. I am looking forward to seeing your updated October photo, I know you are waiting until after your new hairdo.

Hi all!! Here for my Friday weigh in update. I had a better week and lost 3.8lbs and another inch off my waist (6.5"). I am fitting in to a lot of my old clothes from when I lost weight 2 years ago on a different program and I am only 5lbs from the lowest on that program. I will pass it and not look back. I love how this program has phases to help you for when you are not phase 1 any longer. I think that was the main reason I gained the weight back on the other program, no outlined plan for coming off the diet.
I just got off the phone with my coach, I am doing ideal to go. I check in with her every Friday and get new tips and ideas. The main reason I chose to do Ideal to go was to experience the program and see if I wanted to offer the program through my chiropractic office but knew I definitely wanted to do the program myself, get some weight off and learn as much as I could. I am excited to say that I have decided to go for it and will be going through the training with another woman I will be hiring as a coach. I still have a lot of weight to get off and will be doing it with my dieters. I hope to be up and running by the first of the year. Have to finish training and get the $ together for the up front costs but I am pretty excited about it. Can't wait to help people with the program like it has helped me to get healthier!!

I was actually just talking to a buddy of mine last night about how he should setup shop.
My other friend is the one who I go to but I live in another town, there is for sure room enough for 2 clinics in our area.

Wayward, you are too funny, you made me laugh out loud at myself....lol...of course I am due for a boy toy its been 6yrs since my divorce....lol....I have had ONE bf in 6 yrs its time for one I think...lol

Thanks Wayward and Wuv2bloved! It will be the only place IP is offered in my little town and the next closest is 25 miles away so we need one here. I wish you could open one too Wuv, maybe you can find a clinic that needs a coach, you would be great! I think the fact that I am doing the program will make a big difference because believe it or not there are a lot of coaches that haven't.
Had the chili for the first time today with a little raw onion on it and it was pretty good. Nice option for colder days. I also had my veggies of coarse .

There is no clinic in my town I have to drive 30 mins to get to my clinic. Its not a well known diet here YET. I am SPREADING the word....haha..the coach I have now hired her friend to weigh and measure us cuz she has another job. She isn't on the program. I told my coach if her friend ever decided she didn't want to do it that I would LOVE to do it!!!

Gooooooooood Morning everyone!
Nice to see you all again.

Sorry for my M.I.A....I went on vacation for just about 2 weeks. It was well needed. Then when i got back, i had to jump right into a distance education
1st year university course and since i registered late because i didnt want to wait till January..i have been spending all my free time when not parenting, studying my stupid text books and trying to catch up with where the rest of the class is..Nothing like doing 5 weeks of reading in 4 days :s My brain is fried!!! Good news for those who knew me before i went on vaca...I quit my job!!! I actually flat out quit. I was done with the minipulation and jerkwad of a boss.. I am a lot happier now..but of course cause im trying to catch up with my schooling..it means its hectic..im hoping to have the rest of the reading done for tommorow..we shall see...

So its turkey turkey day tommorow..and i decided that since ive been home, im ready to get a clean start back on the wagon again...This time, my hunny is supporting me in my efforts..Ive decided to get smart and active at the same time. They just built a new gym up..apparently its a good size compared to the tiny tiny one we had before that had the crappy treadmills..There is a new owner and he put new equipment in it...so my hunny said he would drive me there and pick me up after i was done..also a lady i know from the local church, said she teaches an aquafit class monday and wednesday nights at the pool for an hour..so i might try that and see how it is...but what i meant about getting smart is: bringing my textbook to the gym and reading it while on a recumbrant bik...AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! i can hear you all say as you wonder if i have lost my mind..The answer is of course, not yet. I will let you know when i do..

So turkey turkey day..we are having chicken and salad and potatos..and and and...then tuesday begins the diet..Instead of looking at it as "starting over again-which really just makes me feel depressed hearing that"... Its just going to be "A new diet"....we will skip the "starting over" part...
Anywho...thought i would say hi..check in and let you know..im alive and im back!

Holly CRAP.. it's Heather....... wow who would have thunk it.
Welcome back Heather, glad to see you haven't given up, you have just been busy.

Well good morning to everyone, extremely busy weekend, taught 2 classes.
Which means up at 5:30 and then gone until about 6:00 on Saturday then back up at 5:30 on Sunday and back at 5:30.
Got in almost exactly 10 miles of walking on the range (aka the motorcycle area) between the 2 classes, plus bending down and picking up approx. 350 inch and a half cones, so I got my exercise.
Was totally wiped Saturday and didn't even go walking. I know no way Wayward didn't walk and it wasn't pouring down rain lol.
But I got 6.5 miles in that day already at class, I did go last night though and got another 7 in, so overall for the weekend I got plenty of stuff done.

All done for the season now, no more classes, I love to teach, but I love the end of the season every time lol.

I did jump on the scale last night for the first time in about 3 weeks, but I have a good excuse, we really wanted to know how much my son weighs, he is now exactly 20 pounds at 7 months, poor little guy has an ear infection today. He got his flu shot on Friday and had a miserable weekend.

I think it's going to be harder to hit my goal of being done by December, but the nice thing is now I am not going to my conference in Dec. so I don't have that firm date of begin done by Dec. 5th.
I still think I will hit my 80 lost by end of Nov. I just don't think I will get down the whole 92 by the 5th, it's just slowed down to much over all, not counting last week.
One more day of having all the extra protein until we find out if it made a difference on my muscle mass.
Ok need to get to work, busy Monday morning, but I will be around.

GOOD morning!! well afternoon now...hahaha

Glad to see ya back Heather and you had glad you had a great vacation. The gym things sounds great and the aquafit sounds even better. I did that on my own over the summer in the pool at my apt.

Wayward, never say you won't cuz you might just pull off the 92lbs by Dec. In 24 weeks I have 87 gone and I don't do ANY exercise compared to you..it CAN be done!! I know you are glad to be done with teaching for awhile, now you can spend a little more time with your family. Your little guy is not so little at 20lbs....haha....healthy babies are GOOD!!

Man what a week it has been and it's only Tuesday, of course it's day 9 in my work week so far.
Tired today, little guy kept waking up last night so I let him sleep in our bed with mommy which he always sleeps better when he isn't feeling well.
I know, I know bad habit to start, but him and mommy need sleep.
So day 3 of sleeping in my chair lol.

New fridge delivery tonight and then run over to my WI, then shopping with the wife and baby, then home and hitting the track.
Going to be another long day.
But I did get the old fridge cleaned out, laundry done and all the dishes done last night so I won't have to do anything when I get home.
Stay positive and stay OP.
