Got weighed in today and I'm happy to say that I lost what I gained along with an additional 1 1/2lbs...so I'm down to 166.something. I'll take it. Now that I'm back on track no more cheating for me!!!!

It's truly not worth it. You cheat 1-2 days and then it takes 3-4 to get back where you left off...NO BUENO!!!

I went to the whole food by me in Smithtown and they didn't have the Miracle noodles, only the Tofu ones (which we can't have). I want to try them but dont want to order a whole box of them.

I will.. am hoping it takes the place of pasta for a little while. If I like it will try a stir fry over rice next veggie days. supposed to only have one bag over the course of two veggie days.

MIRACLE NOODLE ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH CREAMY PUMPKIN SAUCE

At first glance you may question the use of Pumpkin but it’s actually a very traditional Italian recipe and I think it’s tastier than Tomato sauce. I have also cooked a Butternut squash and pureed it and used it in place of the pumpkin.

2 Packages (14oz) Miracle noodle angel hair pasta
1 Can (15oz) solid-pack pumpkin
1 Cup (8oz) vegetable broth
1 Tsp sage
1 Tsp Garlic powder
½ Tsp Onion powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

In a sauce pan combine pumpkin, broth, sage, garlic & onion powder. Cook on medium heat until smooth and hot.
Season with salt & pepper.
If sauce is too thick, add a little more broth.
Rinse Miracle Noodle angel hair pasta well in a colander and par-boil 1 minute

Had a cheat free day so far.. Night is the hardest. Good luck all.
