I hope this isn't too nosy for me to ask. About how much weight, per day, would you estimate you are losing?

Not really cheating, doing a protocol day. I'll probaly just stick to veggies/salad and a glass of wine. This morning I got into the 150's the last thing i want is to sabotage my weightloss.

Really, the ONLY thing I want right now is to get this weight off. So sick of dieting. And if that means a little inconvenience on that ONE day so be it :(

Melissa,, are you hosting the dinner? Sometimes it's easier to do milk when you're throwing the party since you're always moving and no one notices.

That's what it is for me, it's other people and their weird looks LOL

My councelor has me at about 3/4 a lb a day. Of course most weight comes off on milk, i usually gain by 2nd veggie day.

I'm on my way to losing 20 in April. Was really hoping for 25 but hey it's coming off. Probably 15-20 in May which means i'll have to continue into June. Didn't want to but want to get to goal already and NEVER get fat again!

I am glad to hear your scale goes up on veg day. When I weigh myself after milk its one number and then after veg it always goes up a little. Right now its my TOM and early! I am having bad cramps and feel really bloated. Trying to drink as much water as I can and I am not weighing myself at all I feel awful!

They can't guarantee 15 they just say its an average which means some are above and some are below! Hoping to be above lol!

That's what I was told. Someone else in the hackensack office (when i used ot go) said 10% your body weight a month which would make 15 an average.

If i start losing slower i'll have to go back to good old fashioned diet and exercise because this is torture!

Did MJ quit?

I think MJ has gone --have not seen her for a few days.

Well 10% for the first two months would be over 15 pounds, then it would go to about 15 pounds and then start going lower since my total weight would be dropping. Still more then one or 2 pounds a week. I don't think I will go into july. If i am not where I want to be taking summer off and just counting calories and exercise. I can't stay away from the gym for 3 months because I am paying for it and don't want to go back to it and not be able to take my spin class because I am out of shape from this diet LOL.

okay, holiday over for me..
 
It was a difficult week PMSing, getting it, then Easter. I ate protocol until I had a piece of cake. I still think it was better then a before aw day... anyway... back on track milk tomorrow.. Hopefully I have a loss from last week even if small and not a gain.

Is anyone still on this or did the holiday push everyone that was left out?

Could you please give me a website address to purchase these beads? I have been unsuccessful with search engines. The diet has worked for me in the past. I want the eaxct beads that I used when I visited the diet centers. I want to purchase a large quantity of beads on my own without going through a third party distributor.

I don't go online.. I go to a center. Its accuweight but don't think you can purchase a large quantity.
