People! DO NOT CHEAT!!! Not only because it PREVENTS WEIGHT LOSS, but also because it CAN HURT YOUR HEALTH.
- makes hair fall out - lose muscle & organ mass (dangerous and your metabolism will lower) - skin will become flabby as you lose weight This is why I took a break back in November. I started cheating here and there and my hair began to fall out!!! Just couldn't stick to Basic... I immediately stopped the diet. Now I'm back and will not have a bite, lick or taste of anything "illegal". Would rather be FAT, OBESE than bald! LOL I'd also like to add that I lost 80 pounds and DO NOT have flabby skin! This is remarkable since I'm in my 30's... HEEDED THE WARNINGS and DID NOT eat off plan! Food is not a reward! This is a rigid plan that really doesn't allow us any leeway. Approach it military-style! LOL |

Clearly, I've reached the hardest part of the diet because all I'm doing is complaining lol. Guess I have to stop being picky and just suck it up and try new things. Can't wait to get over this hump! But thank you, I will definitely try flavor ice and cocoa! |

As for the cocoa its unsweetened cocoa and I believe the limit is two tablespoons per day. http://www.accuweight.com/jello_recipes.htm |
[QUOTE=kerrioh68;3807372]My sheet from my doctor says I can have sugar free jello that I make at home. I can also have sugar free pudding that I make at home on milk days as an add in to my yogurt. So just a spoon ful or so not a whole serving. I can have 6 pieces of sugar free candy. The accuweight web site says you can have jello so not sure why you can't.
As for the cocoa its unsweetened cocoa and I believe the limit is two tablespoons per day. It's all so confusing; not to mention frustrating, when they keep giving different directions to everyone. I'm just trying to go by what they're telling MJ. They said we could have sugar free jell-o ONCE in a blue moon. I havn't heard of the sugar free pudding though, sounds good. |

if you go to the accuweight website and listen to the recording regarding the program she says on the recording anything with 0 sugar, 0 calories and no vinegar can be eaten outside of the hours of 12-6 with no stipulation on the amount.
The pudding that my dr. says I can use as a mix in to my yogurt is not 0 calories and made with milk. So I can have a little during 12-6 (its not an unlimited item) So basically any food you find that fits those three criteria can be eaten. |
