As far as candy goes, where only allowed 10 pieces but it can only be 10 calories or 10% sugar or something like that and I know i cant just stop at one :dizzy:
Clearly, I've reached the hardest part of the diet because all I'm doing is complaining lol. Guess I have to stop being picky and just suck it up and try new things. Can't wait to get over this hump!
But thank you, I will definitely try flavor ice and cocoa!

it's different for people some are allowed up to a box a day others only one a week, depending on how it effects weight-loss. i agree about the candies, one is never enough.

it's not about eating it, its the going back and forth. this is a chemical diet that effects pancreas, among other glands and the hormones secreted in your body. ask whoever you report to, they can explain much better than i could. but then again you may be on a different plan than dr. schwartz accuweight.

It's truly not worth it. You cheat 1-2 days and then it takes 3-4 to get back where you left off...NO BUENO!!!

congratulations!!! you're such an inspiration for me to stick this out :)

YAY! Hope you made it through the night :)

I started bead set #2 today and lost a total of 11 lbs in the past 9 days, was hoping for more but I'll take it.

So the noodles don't really have a taste.. what I don't like about is they are really rubbery and you can't cut them with a knife. I watche a video on youtube about them and that women says she cuts them with kitchen scissors. I am hoping the rice is a little softer.

Did they at least take the flavor of the thinks you cooked them with?

Yes, but they are difficult to chew and you can not cut them. I don't know if I will be dying to have them every vegetable day. Going to try the rice.

miracle noodles--the directions said to put them in boiling water for a minute. I am nosing around on the internet and one person said not to cook just heat up in warm water and put into sauce your using that is already heated. I heated mine in the sauce and in the water. So, guess I am throwing out what I saved for today because I can't put in the microwave. I will try one more time and not cook.. if it does not improve..its not for me.

:mad::mad: I'm having a crappy day...Co-workers brought 5 trays of stuffed shells and a LARGE basket of bread and of course they didn't forget about the 5 lbs of butter to spread. I'm used to dieting, but I always had a cheat day...AW is making it so hard to stick to when I can't even have a lick of "bread crumb"...it's a TOUGH day for me, the smell of Italian food is killing me!!!
