Thanks Kerrio68. I found that encouraging. I guess it really doesnt matter. What matters is that I felt guilty, and hopefully that guilt will keep me from doing it again. It was a small bag not the big one. I must admit it did taste good for a minute, but the guilt did set in and the good taste disappeared.
I weigh tonight and as far as lossing, my hopes are not up so that I wont be to disappointed. Again, thanks

eating that today will not affect tonight. It will be next week.

I was just wondering what cheating does? I mean I have had two days where I have had forkfull of food. Its not that much --so don't know what it will do.

I just stared the diet tuesday (Without the beads) and I'm now on my first day of milk and it's killer. Is there ANYTHING I can do with milk and yogurt????

I just want my veggie days back -___-

latte's with coffee or without. You can add sugar free flavored syrup to it. You can take milk, ice and walden farms choc syrup and put in a blender and get a frozen drink.
I added cinammon and vanilla extract to my yogurt. You can add sugar free blueberry syrup or strawberry syrup to yogurt.

Today is really the first day that I've felt really hungry but that's because I'm only allowed milk and/or yogurt but it's not too bad. My dad is starving and he has the beads, but he also starts his workday at 3AM. Luckily I'm busy most of the day so it takes my mind off food lol

He needs to adjust his eating times. I presume if his day is starting at 3 a.m. it is ending earlier. My Dr. said we can eat earlier but need to end earlier. We have 7 hours to eat. I dont want it earlier I prefer as late as possible. The only thing he said is to not eat up until you go to bed. One other girl's husband starts his day at 2 a.m. and he eats a hardboiled egg. I think if he is going to bed earlier and starting his day earlier you would have to adjust the times to fit his clock.

So I went to get weighed and lost lbs with the beads! Not bad for only being on them 7 days. Before the beads I was 178, then 175 the day I got them and now 169...I'll take that with a smile. Hopefully this week will be better since I cheated on Saturday and went out with the girls to this restaurant in Tribeca called Sazon...this week there is no cheating. At least I hope not, lol!!!

You lost 9 pounds and cheated. What more can you expect? That is more then half of the 15 pounds they said we would lose a month. I would love it. Have not got on scale since I was mad yesterday morning. Mine better move I need some motivation to go along with the starving.

ok then 6 (mine is a little different I have 7) but his "noon" is earlier since his schedule is not the norm....He is sleeping when our body is still functioning looking for nutrients.
