It is 2 days of milk and then two days of vegetables. 20 ounces of milk or yogurt and 1 pound and a half of vegetables and 2 fruits. You eat them between 12-6. I don't do the long distance plan but presume they send you a diagram of where to place the beads.

Hello Kerrioh,

Where did you find the miracle noodles? Please let me know what you think of them. I heard that you should run them under hot water to eliminate the smell.

You try the Flav O Ice the sugar free ones. We are allowed 2 a day, and I grab one of those when I have a craving for something. I think it helps.

Milk Day for mew too. I like the fact that we are both on the same schedule, this way I'm not wanting what you're having and Vise Versa. Where did you get the noodles, from their website? I would sooooo use the Alfredo sauce if I get them and add garlic!

Today, I am on my second milk day and I have yogurt right now. I put cinnamon and some equal, Taste pretty good. What is everyone else having?

Hola Mel,

When you go weigh in and there was no drastic weight loss (the time you cheated) did she say anything...I'm really not looking forward the weigh in tomorrow. I didn't loose...but I didn't gain. (I cheated 3 days)

I don't like that they yell at you when you have a slip. It is your life and you have to be in control of it.

You had a fall.. it will set you back and now you will move on.:carrot:

yeh I was good some days, and bad other days. I really didn't eat bad, just chicken etc. I ended up gaining .1 pounds, so nothing really. I told her before I even weighed in that I cheated. lol Linda is very nice and supportive. She just basically said that the most important part is that I came back even after cheating. She wasn't hard on me at all. The fact that you are going back is showing that you are commited. No one is perfect and we make mistakes but as long as we go back on, thats what counts. I am trying to be perfect this week to make up for last week.

I got them from a health food store in the area. You like that sauce don't u? I am not big on Alfredo sauce. Have you tried the peanut butter or marshmallow?

I hope the sauce and vegetables make them good..People seem to love them.
I have not cheated with entire meals but I think after 15 pounds I am eating a slice of pizza. It has been 11 days with no "real" meals.

Yes, I heard that they have to be rinsed to get rid of the smell. I got them in a local health food store. I went on the website and they had retailers in the area. I called and confirmed that they had them. I think it will be cheaper to order them in quantity but wanted to make sure I liked them. I also got the rice.

YESSSSS, I only wanted to cheat on Saturday and ended extending my cheat day until Monday...Got back on Milk yesterday. That's why I say never again. Not fun going back on!

I have not had it yet. I bought it last week. I'm having some steak when I loose at least 25lbs!

16 lbs down! 37 lbs to go! Wooohoooo! :carrot:

I hit a slow point because I caught a nasty stomach virus last week and Dr. Schwarts let me eat toast and tea for two days.

How is everyone else doing? Anyone have any tips for milk days to vary it up?:(
