Reading all these post is making me hungry. lol If you cheat def. do a milk day afterwards. Doesn't it make it so hard after you cheat to get back on track? This diet sucks but the results are sooo worth it! You guys dont have much weight to lose. Stay positive and I know you guys can do it. Have a great day everyone!!!

electrice,

Welcome! Good luck on the diet! I have a friend who is a male who did this diet. He lost 30 pounds in the first two weeks. You will do great. Guys lose weight much faster than females. Good luck and lets us know how you do.

I'm sticking to the diet on Easter, unhappily. I know I'll be thankful on Monday morning, but miserable during the meal. We are having a get-together with friends (family is a ways away), so I'm offering (wink) to bring a few veggie dishes. Tonight, I "pam-roasted" some fennel with salt and pepper. SOOO yummy. I'm going to make a whole heap of that and pretend that I'm actually eating lamb chops and chocolate cake.

Hope you ladies (and guy) have a marvelous celebration, on or off diet!

I am trying to follow a vegetable day. I would not even try to do milk with everyone eating.

Friends are coming to the city to visit so I'm doing a protocol day... my plan is to only have that one meal, stick to as much veggies as possible plus a glass of wine. Or just try to stay away from sugar and flour, other than that will have whatever. Maybe I'll workout in the morning. LOL i'm trying not to obsess, but i really know i won't be sticking to AW Basic, at least for the alcohol!!!

Anyway this is for sure: milk day 2 today, veggie tomorrow, saturday milk, sunday EAT/DRINK, then back to 2 days of milk, etc.

You are doing the same thing I am doing milk today...etc... I am not sure what I am eating Easter. Probably the protocol.. try to eat vegetables.. I don't want to have that much to make up for the following week. Good luck!!!:carrot:
