It is 2 days of milk and then two days of vegetables. 20 ounces of milk or yogurt and 1 pound and a half of vegetables and 2 fruits. You eat them between 12-6. I don't do the long distance plan but presume they send you a diagram of where to place the beads.
:p

Thanks for your response, Kerrioh. So you just repeat 2 days milk, 2 days veggies? No break in the week? No meats or fruits? Do you try to stay within a certain calorie limit? What do you have outside of the 12-6 window? Nothing? :dizzy:

Sorry you can have 2 fruits on the veggie days. It is not a calorie based diet it is supposed to work chemically. Supposedly your body only looks for food between 12-6 (I am not buying that because your body does not have a clock)..but that is the time you eat. You can have sugar free jello that you make yourself outside the window. You can have sugar free syrups (like Walden farms chocolate, carmel, marshmallow) to flavor coffee. You can't have milk in your coffee if its not a dairy day. No break, no meats no other foods outside of milk and veggies on the designated days. The beads are working with accupressure points to trick your brain into being full. It does work but you still need a LOT of willpower which is why I am always on here looking for support. I lost 7.5 pounds the first week. Hoping for at least 5 pounds for my next weigh in. IT'S JUST TEMPORARY..that is what we all try to focus on.

I hit a slow point because I caught a nasty stomach virus last week and Dr. Schwarts let me eat toast and tea for two days.

How is everyone else doing? Anyone have any tips for milk days to vary it up?:(

I usually start off day with a little yogurt and choc syrup or unsweetened apricot jam. Then I get a latte from starbucks.. usually small so its 5.5 ounces of milk ...
At the end of the day I make a shake out of milk, choc syup and ice and mix in the blender. Some people add other sugar free syrup flavors, vanilla extract and splenda...

:D

Hello all ... popping in for a quick check up...so far so good...three more days to go before my weigh-in on Saturday. I have plans to go to salsa night with a friend to celebrate their anniversary, so I plan to dance all night.:carrot:
LOL! Of course there is a buffet...uggh! However, I am planning to eat, however, not overdo it, because it is not worth it, eating will no doubt set me back a day or two, and no doubt gain a pound or two. I am firmly in the 190s...yeah!!! I have officialy said goodbye to the 200s....firmly planted in oneder-land..never to return to the 200s..now to push past the 190s..and onto 180s..I hope to be firmly planted in 180s next week...key is to not overdo it on Saturday at the buffet and I should be okay..

Keep up the good work ... this program works, it is hard to watch family eat around you, or if you are the preparer of food, but we gotta do what is best for our bodies...p.s. my collarbone is becoming more and more pronounce..yeah!!..it is truly a girl thing we just how thin we are becoming if we can see our collarbone and/or if we see the vertical lines in our abs...LOL!!

I'm considering kicking this diet to the curb. Its not that its hard; I've actually Goren used to it and when I cheated with regular food this weekend it upset my stomach, its just so boringgggggggg!!!! I love seeibg the results but I want some variety!!!! Olive, love LOVE my veggie days because I can use as many spices as I want but I can't handle the milk days.

If I had another solution I would kick it to the curb. But cutting calories and exercising is not giving me any results lately. I guess cuz I am over 40 now. So trying to look at it like its temporary and get it off as quick as possible so I can go back to calorie counting and the gym! It's tough.. but its temporary.
trying to do it before Summer.

Milk Day for mew too. I like the fact that we are both on the same schedule, this way I'm not wanting what you're having and Vise Versa. Where did you get the noodles, from their website? I would sooooo use the Alfredo sauce if I get them and add garlic!

good luck with your last hours of milk.. Veggie's tomorrow.

at least 33 for me.... I do miss the gym because I went after work every night.. Now I can't eat and I am not exercising... too much free time to want to eat. Maybe on week three next week I will add a little exercise back..not my usual spin class.
