Hello all...just a quick hello..welcome Electric guy...it is so amazing, but guys that do this program totally blow the scale out of the water provided they stick to it..do not cheat yourself!! Stay focus. This is temporary! Yes, you can definitely drop 30 easily your first month. My friend dropped 28 in his first 14 days...staggering numbers - I know but can be done. Have confidence in yourself that it can be done!!

Meanwhile ladies..we do what we can to get it done..we may not get the men's results, but we get it done just the same. Hang in there!!! The goal line is not far away!!

Hi, this is Sweetza. I miss food too. I'm getting sick of vegetables. In my 11th week. Lost 30 pounds which is wonderful! But I need some good recipes or I'm going to go nuts. Sick of butternut squash, olives, salad, avocado, zucchini, most fruits. Would love a baked potato with a little butter. Milk days are fine for me. Hope everyone got through Easter okay!

how is your weightloss? Are you losing big chunks of weight? I'm losing about 3.5 - 4.5 every 10 days

first i liked the vegetables.. now I am liking the milk better. I don't know.. How about cauliflower.. you mash it up with a blender and add some vegetable broth. Pretend its mashed potatoes....
Come back on ...I like the motivation!!!

today I start my first set of AW beads, just did my first rotation of the beads a little bit ago. I decided to start by doing milk days so we'll see how this goes!!!

I'm still here. Trying to get over the weekend. Sunday I drank wayyyyyyy too much and still paying for it on the scale. The warm weather is helping me stick with the program but the cut-off date is June 1 at whatever weight. Can't do this much longer.

how long after you cheat does it take to get back to normal?

question: are we allowed to use say a pack of splenda in our coffee say on a daily basis. I normally drink my coffe black but use a pack of splenda, can I continue this ya think?

you can use anything that is 0 calories, no sugar and no vinegar.

i don't normally cheat. but i had so muchwine and i think it messed me big time. i'm still the same weight so i'm doing 2 more milk days and trying to walk everyday. very unhappy.

did you start losing again yet?

yes, its down again. took two days. You can't do 3 in a row of one thing.. u need to put one veggie day in and then go back to milk LOL..

uugghh on the second day and compared to yesterday the 2nd day is seemingly alot harder esp with all the smells around here of awesome food I used to it. Resisting from indulging is tough but i'm sticking it through right now
