Took a couple days break from Jillian. Three days, to be exact. I had to check my workout log. Anyway, I'm going to do L1D7 tonight, along with some other cardio stuff. I am GOING to break through this stinking plateau if it kills me!
I hope since I took a few days off I won't have lost too much strength/endurance/whatever. If it ever stops snowing long enough for me to go to Walmart tomorrow, I'm going to pick up some hand weights. As a person with little to no upper body strength (I occasionally struggle with a jar of jelly

) what weight would you recommend so I don't tear something and/or cry? 1lb, 2lb, etc?
