Thanks Onderchic, Echo & Diva!!!.. I did get out for my run although it could have gone much better then it did..lol I bought new buds for my ipod n they kept falling out..so distracting..lol...hered hoping for a good day today!!

Hey Ladies!!! I have to say I am proud of me.. lol After supper I fought my way through the lazies and kept telling myself once you get moving you will be just fine.. and I have to say.. I still feel energized to keep going after I just completed 30min of Turbo Jam... think I might go do some upper body work with the weights... See you all tomorrow.. I will be back! lol
Sep 1st- 60 min. bike level 6, 20 minute upper body weights
Sep 2nd- 60 min elliptical level 7
Sep 3rd- none
Sep 4th- 40 min turbo sculpt with 5# weights, 60 min walk
Sep 5th- 60 min elliptical level 7, 70 min walk
Sep 6th- 40 min turbo sculpt, 20 min ab jam
Sep 7th- 30 min turbo jam cardio party
Sep 8th- 40 min turbo sculpt
My abs still hurt from my workout on the 6th thats why I only do that ab workout like once a month hahah I know I know I will start to do it once a week then up it from there.
