I have a love/hate relationship with the
H-elliptical! It actually helps my hips and knees feel better. If I am having an achy day and I get on that for 30 minutes, the hip pain goes away. it also helps lower my blood sugar. How cool is that? I also love that I go twice the distance, burn more calories and sweet more in less time it takes me on the treadmill. What do I hate about it? It's hard! LOL! But once I get past the first 15 minute's I am usually ok.
