    10 leg raises on the perfect abs
    5 side leg raises each side
    used the dip bar and basically held myself up and lowered myself
    I did 15 min of MFC, and played my wii sports.

  • Thank you all for exercising religiously! On a day where I am tired and lacking motivation (today), it helps me to see others getting up and doing it! My weigh in is tomorrow so you would think that would be motivating enough, but I am just tired..... enough whining..... going to go to the gym now! I've written it so I have to do it, right?!

    FORCED myself to go to the gym finally. It was a struggle to get there. Some days are just like that. I really like to take classes because I get there at a specific time, work out and then leave. Friday evening there are no classes so it always seems more of a chore. Anyway....
