I hear she's mentioned 3FC a couple of times on her radio show she had, and one of our Mods, Mandalinn82 was in a magazine and she may have mentioned 3FC. I can't remember. I think the magazine was Woman's World. This is an excellent site IMO.

wow. Well, I got alot going on, but I committed myself to 15 minutes of MFC...and I ended up dripping in sweat. I think the calories burned is off base--because I was continuously out of breath and it said I burned 70 calories. Jumping jacks kill me. I just think i am too heavy for them and I need a better bra--that is just annoying to get hit with your boobs.

anyways, I wanted to say I think I should give myself some credit for the exercise I did yesterday. 15 min workout on the wiifit strength training. 20 min aerobic, 2 hours play.
PErfect Abs: 10 leg raises
perfect pull up: 10 swing down bar pull ups
Today: during my assessment: 2 min jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 20 squats
4--5K run on the treadmill
5--Rest day
6--Tried to go for a run with my parents' dog while visiting. It failed. Total about 10 min running.
7--Another rest day.
8--Bike to work and back, 13K/40 min; 45-min spin class
9--Bike to work and back, 13K/40 min; 75-min program
