Great job everyone

I had to force myself to get on my Stairmaster tonight as I really did not feel like working out. However, once I started I felt good and did 39 mins of speed training, and then I finished up with some ab exercises.

I didn't feel like exercising yesterday either. I did however get on the treadmill, started walking didn't feel like running but did it anyways and jogged 25 minutes straight, which I haven't done since I before I was pregnant!

Everyone keep up the hardwork!

Diva-are you still doing the exercises from spark? I was thinking about adding a few different exercises to my other workouts and wondering if there were any good ones there.

Bridgette, I do some strength training I get from Spark 3 days a week and sometimes I'll do some of the other little videos they have. I LOVE Sparkpeople Fitness. As for cardio, I just do my GYM thing and DVD's here at the house and then plug them in.

GREAT SECOND EFFORT GALS!

I praise you for diggin' deep to do your exercises when you don't feel like it!

Angie is back on the bell choir practice at church, after the summer break, so we took off about 6:30 down to Starbucks for coffee, tea, scone for Angie and water and jerky treats for the brats. Then took the long way home for opur 3.5 mile total....back just in time for Angie to shower and take off for practice. A beautiful morning here, a lot of folks out walking dogs, running, jogging and garage sale shopping Went by my son and dil's house and noticed a broken sprinkler head....saved the day!!

That will probably be all we do for walks this week-end since we are going to Angie's "growing up on "XYZ" street reunion" after church.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK-END LADIES!

31.5/50 MILES
