I just started with calorie counting and working out today so I kept it light. I did the walk away the pounds 1 mile and about ten minutes of stretching. I'm going to try the two mile walk tomorrow.
well, I didn't do any traditional exercise yesterday, but did a heck of alot of scrubbing and cleaning before the birthday party.
Also--I got the "perfect pull up" bar up.
I can't do even one! Then my SO gets on it. He does 20 pull ups easily...then he does 20 more one handed. stinker. He hasnt worked out in 5 years!!!!! It was really sexy though. But made me feel soooo out of shape. I can get up there by hopping up on a stool and then jumping. I do my best to hold myself up...but it's hard. the swing down bar is easier and I probably will be doing those until I build more arm strength. My shoulders are sore today though.
SO played archery and bowling on the Wii with a friend last night and he woke up complaining his stomach muscles were sore...I laughed at him and told him yes it works you out.
ok, onderchic...since you have myfitness coach answer this for me. I have not even opened it. I am afraid from the videos--that if I pick upper body she won't incorporate my weights into the routine when I want her to. what do you think.
