I just finished my last 45 minutes of exercise :ebike:today, feels so good! I love the exercise high, never thought I would say that!

Though it was strange not going for the almost 2 hours I was up to, but I don't want to eat muscle, so 45 minutes twice or thrice day will have to do. :cp:
