Okay, I have a question. The program is 3 days, full body. I did day 1 which consists of 10 exercises, 3 sets, 10 reps for most but 2. Doing those and a 3 minute jog warm up took me a total of 23 minutes...does that seem right or am I doing something wrong? Should it take longer? :S |

I didn't finish a week I DID THE WHOLE 90 DAYS ( without missing a day} and I did DOUBLES read about those in your p90x book. I have restarted the program and will probably do a HYbrid which means I will do the CLASSIC program and at least 2 -30 to 60 min cardios a day in ADDITION to p 90x program. Iam hooked on ABS so days I do not have ab ripper I do 30 min. of another ab workout. SORRY JUST A BIT PROUD I AM 57 ! |

Hi and welcome, IgetfitNStrongforme! :cheer2::cheer: Nice job on the workout and good plan too :). I do 3 - 30 minute cardio workouts for my routine 5 days a week plus 3 days I add full body weight strength :)
Just finished 30 minutes MFC. Total today = 30 minutes TBL Cardio Max, 30 minutes free step, 30 minutes MFC, full body w/s :carrot: |

I have no job, no kids so lots of time fortunately or unfortunately, however you want to look at it. I do a 30 minute workout around noon, one at 4pm then another at 7pm. The days I add in weight training, I do it around 5pm. |

Todays accountibilty:P90x PLYOMETRICS[1hr] Jiggle free abs[30 min} Jiggle free buns[30min} Trailhike with the dog 500 ft gain 3 miles [1 hr] Yesterdays house cleaning job turned into 5 1/2 hour of CARDIO cleaning! teach me to voulenteer bid a job Iam to much a perfectionist!
