Good Morning Ladies

Alright ladies, I will be back after my workout and all that jazz to do personals. But I had to drop in and say I'm down another pound baby. Can I get an Amen? At any rate, I have to get ready, get dressed and get my butt moving this morning. All the boys went to sleep early last night, so they will be up rather early this morning and I need to get at it. You ladies have a great day and enjoy it ladies, it's Frrrrrrrrrrrrrrriday!

Jacque ~ Virtual high five girlfriend! You are ever so close to goal..oh my gosh, it's so exciting. Bravo!

looking ~ Good job and don't cha just love that will power dust.

Well got the treadmill in this morning and tried doing interval jogging. I didn't do to bad, but just don't want to do, too much, too quickly and injury my knees. I'm trying to strengthen them first. Knees are surprisingly feeling good and no pain...yet.

At any rate, it's Friday and another week has flown by. One more full week after this one. So let's kick it into high gear and start hitting those goals.

Thanks...I actually was at the gym for 1.5 hours this morning. Don't have to work today but I do gotta get to the doctor soon. Anywhoooo....I wanted to work a little on preparing for the walk/run in July. I got on the treadmill, did my warm up (about 4 minutes) then I alternated between walking 1 min/running 3 min. Did that 4 times and then cooled down. It's the first time I was able to do it. I did 1.5 miles in 21 min. I was so proud of myself!!!!

Oh Laaaaaaaaaaaaaadies...it's Friiiiiiiiiiiiidaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!

Wow what a week! Have I mentioned how glad I am that I have to wade through pages of posts every morning? Why? Because that shows that we've still got a ton of ladies who are kickin' some serious bootay!!! And I love it when the ladies who aren't here everyday post a quick hello to update us--I'm so proud of you all!!!

NSM~ oh do take care of that shoulder! You don't want to push it too much and then end up not being able to use it at all!

Delphi~ sounds like you had an emotionally exhausting day! Maybe that's where that pound went! Seriously though, I totally understand you not wanting the additional stress, bravo to you for recognizing it! Taking care of YOU and your boys is a great thing to focus on hun! Congrats on your loss this morning! And here's that amen for ya: AMEN!! Hey! You changed your pic while I've been typing! Love it!!!

Jacque~ SAHM here, so while I don't get paid for my work, I do work, just not outside the home! I have been on the computer way too much the last couple of days...Congrats on the loss girlie! You are SOOOO close to your goal! That's so awesome!!!

Blondie~ Ahhh, good 'ol Billy! I used to do his workouts--talk about makin' ya sweat! Whooo-ee! Way to get that work out in!

Tummy
~ here's to hoping that you weren't forced to endure chihuahuas last night! Yes, I love that they can help clean the bathrooms now. I basically just give them a container of Clorox wipes and tell them to wipe down everything--including the floor around the toilet! I mean, I'm not the one peeing down there! Sheesh, boys...anyway, they do a pretty okay job and then I follow it up a couple days later with a full cleaning. Now if I could get them to do it every night I wouldn't have to do a full cleaning...Hmm...need to work on that!

Jacqui~OMGoodness he's adorable! I love big giant dogs! But since this will be our first official pet, we're starting small. I think the girls would be scared out of their minds by a big dog. We have some dog phobias in our house for some bizzare reason. My 2nd ds was terrified of dogs and for no reason, I mean, he didn't have a traumatic experience or anything, he was just terrified! Didn't matter how big, little, how old or young, he just would just panic at the very sight of them. Thankfully he's grown out of it, he's still unsure around bigger dogs, but loves our neighbors dogs!

Gekster~ glad you had fun with the video--I might have to check one out from the library one of these days!

Glutio~ glad to hear your appt got moved up (hurray for Grandmas!!)! I've learned you kind of have to be a nag when it comes to test results. If you haven't heard from them, call them! Drs offices can be notorious for getting swamped and things get pushed aside, call and check on your results if you don't hear anything...speaking of which, I need to call on hubby's Big V appt!

Lene~ I wasn't sure if your HIIT was the same, is it from the same site? I really like doing HIIT too, not only for the time factor (which is huge when you have early risers in the house who need your attention) but for the way I feel afterwards. I honestly didn't feel this worked out after my old routine. Yes, we're planning on getting a dog--although hubby is waffling. We'll see...

Looking~ WTG on eating well at the party! I agree, sometimes after you spend all day preparing food, the last thing you want to do is eat it!

Well girls we have a heat advisory today so that means that I'll be spending more time inside than I had planned. I am a big sissy when it comes to excessive heat. No worries, I have a long list of chores I can do inside to keep me busy! Actually, the bathrooms just need attention, fun stuff like tubs and showers...blech! I hate cleaning those things!

Got my HIIT in today, no movement on the scale which has me pleased. I was thinking that I'd see an increase today but it held firm.

Finally got some decent sleep last night--had to go to bed at 9:30 to get it though. Miss E woke up twice, but was easily put back to bed--wait, maybe it was once? Ahh, I dunno, I can't remember.

My mom and sister are coming in on Monday for a week so if you don't see me much, that's why. I'll try to at least pop on for quick updates, but might now have time for my insanely long posts and personals. I plan on staying OP as much as possible--might allow for a nice meal at a restaurant while she's here--and of course keep up my exercise. She wants to lose weight and get in shape too, so she won't be trying to sabotage my hard work or anything.

Well girls, I'm off to enjoy my daily cup of joe while the girls are still sleeping! Ahhh, I love when they decide to sleep in and I can enjoy my coffee. Ahhh, it really is the little things that please me so!

Have a wonderful day and be sure to...

Drink Your Water!

Sandye ~ Thanks! You know, you deserve to treat yourself. Enjoy your company and scrubbing those bathrooms. Honestly, I have to do the same thing today and I'm soooo not looking forward to it all. At any rate, on not seeing a gain and be careful of the heat if you do go outside.

Delphi~ wanna have a bathroom cleaning race? Awww, what happened to your pic? I love your new avatar though--and I LOL when I saw it because everytime we go through a set of those automatic doors, my boys both assume the Jedi pose, put their hand out in front of them and use the force to open the doors!

Okay, on your mark...get set...wait...I guess I should wait and see if you want to race first huh?

I cleaned the outside of my fridge (took all the stuff off of it and wiped it all down) and the inside needs to be cleaned, but it can wait...it's not horrid yet.

Anyone bored and wanna come help me?

Looks like I'm jumping on a couple trains this morning, down a lb! and cleaning the bathroom... In laws are coming for real next week so BF and I have been working like crazy to get the house tidied up and boxes in the spare room unpacked so they have a place to stay haha. We are finally getting TV set up today, YAY! So it is friday which is very exciting, but scary since it is followed by the weekend which is when I usually fall apart, but for some reason I feel like it is going to be different. Maybe it was you guys supporting me, maybe it is all the progress from this week I don't want to lose, but either way, I am not giving in. And I took my break for the week yesterday, so both days this weekend I should workout in some way. I'm hoping 30DS will arrive today so I will have even more motivation for doing so (love trying out new videos!) Well I am off for now, have a great morning!

Jacque- Yay for being down, and even more so yay for your running, its so exciting to reach a goal or break a personal record.

Delphi- AMEN!!

CMo4- The scale not moving when you think you are up is wonderful. Hope your bathroom cleaning went well and you are staying safe from the heat!
