Good afternoon friends!
Hope you all had a great weekend! I did

DH and I decided to take a couple of days off from the house hunting madness and we just did stuff for ourselves including just lounging and doing basically nothing yesterday (after my workout that is).
Thank you all for your advice on the hunt too. I will take my time, although I am with
CMO4 and already getting tired of it (it's only been a month though).
The eating went pretty well during the weekend, although I did eat out a couple of days last week (made good choices) and the scale did go down, but not as low as I was hoping for. The good news is, I finally managed to lose 30 lbs! It took me nearly 6 months to get from 20 to 30 lbs, but hey..I will take it. At least it means that I can actually eat the way I am eating now long term and see results.
FSA: You finally got your fish! Yay!. Glad to hear you are finally back to your old self and that the sun is out!
Lene: hope you're feeling better!
Jacquee: A bikini! You are my hero girl! I would love to see those progress pics.
AtlGirl: I hear you! At the beginning of my plan I had to get rid of all the junk food in the house. That truly helped me stay OP. Luckily, I think I have gotten used to my new way of eating so that now I can have some of it around and stay away from it or have a reasonable portion.
CMo4: So glad to hear that you are done with your gardening and yard work! Sounds like extreme gardening is a great workout anyway, but I am sure you'd like to actually get to enjoy the fruits of your hard labour, right? Congrats on the losses too!
Delphi: LOL at the turkey story! Did you manage to cook it in the end? Hey how about booking a trip to Vancouver to help me move my furniture around when I move?

Oh and you my friend are a machine! So just keep doing what you're doing and the scale will have no choice but to listen to your command! I am not sure about the diet coke. Some people say diet drinks stall their loss. I tried not having any for about a month and I saw no difference (I only drink about 1 a day max.)
Tummy: Thanks for the advice, your falling ceiling story is really sticking with me

Seems like the market is starting to go up again, so we'd better hurry! Looks like your summer will be jam packed with fun stuff and travels

so that you can stay on track! WTG on the loss too

I will be looking for those pictures.
Glutio: Your story about the Macaroni Grill reminded me of this thing I read a few months ago:

Susie: A loss is a loss in my book

Oh and I think you'll like the Strength Training part, it is actually my favourite part of working out!
Jacqui: I like your attitude! Doesn't it also feel like you lifted a weight of your shoulders when you realize that you have not blown a diet or fallen off a wagon? It's just a fact of life that we will be faced with less than ideals food for the rest of our lives and all we have to do is just keep moving in the right direction.
Shari: ugh! Sorry you went through that! I am so bad with directions and I am always scared I am going to get lost if I am on unfamiliar territory. Glad to hear you are alright though and that you didn't actually faint!
Ms. P: did you have fun? tell us everything! Oh and that 0.5 lb is probably nothing.
Couch: That 100 kg. mark is so close! keep going!
LaurenA: Good luck tomorrow!
Nello: Congrats on the loss! It's always easier to stay on track when you have someone there for support
Welcome
Lekhika!
Blondie: glad to hear you had fun. You can get back on track!
Ok...I think I got to everyone
