Good morning ladies!!!

Blondie~ about your butt! Now that's a true sign of a great workout! Congrats on the loss girlie!

NSM~ yeah, that's one great thing about being in the midwest--I'm smack dab in the middle of all the time zones! I remember being out in CA and being late to all the fun too. So, which room did you hit after you got the bathroom done? Did you take any pics?

Nello
~ glad you had a racing partner yesterday! Nothing like a cleaning competition to get you motivated huh?

Looking~ Woo hoo! That's awesome news! Keep up the great work!

Susie~ hope you enjoyed my fridge pic too you peeping Tom you. I have a feeling you're going to nail your goal this month!! Only 2 more lbs! Man alive, I got tired just reading your blog! You're awesome!! I happened upon the bloodspot in the egg post--I've never had that happen before and I've got a friend who gives me fresh eggs from her chickens--so the other day I was making my breakfast and lo and behold there was a bloody egg! Store bought too! And it wasn't just a spot, I mean the white was pink! Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for posting about that because now I know there's no baby chick in there and that it's okay to eat (although I didn't ).

Tummy~ isn't HIIT great? I mean, I had read it was a better workout that 40+ mins of cardio but blew it off at first and hit the treadmill faithfully every day--after a month of that I switched it up and I'm loving HIIT! I don't think I'll ever go back!

Gekster~ ahhh, Nor Cal Summers are a treat! I remember feeling like my skin was going to blister on the spot! Not nearly as bad, as say, Arizona or anything, but geez it can be miserable! Where abouts are you? I grew up in the Sac area. Yeah, cleaning is pain, but I find it way more fun when I know others are racing me! Hey, it's the weekend girlie--remember you are the boss! You are a strong woman and you can overcome temptation!! If you feel tempted, just picture all of us here cheering you on!!

Delphi~ Bwahahaha! Yeah, I'm goofy that way! I started a great purge and organize movement with some Flickr friends back in January--you should have seen the pics from that! Some of those ladies were crazy motivated and so inspiring! I'm totally already thinking of next month's goals! I'm going to keep changing things up too, seems to be working so far, so why fix what's not broke right? re-roofing my house...hahahaha! Oh and the Mikes--did I mention it was LIGHT? Only 80 cals!!! Oh I love me some Mikes! Mmmm!

Jacqui~ oh I'm with you! Flylady is great, but I think I'd do things a little differently, just because, well...because!

Lene~ bravo on giving blood yesterday--my mom did too I really need to get back to doing that! I typically can only do it every other time though because I'm slightly low on iron. Sorry you missed your HIIT yesterday, but better to have sat it out than risk hurting yourself because you were dizzy Hope you have a great visit today!

Shari~ Aww, bummer about TOM coming on WI day! You tell that sob that I said to Kiss It!!!

Jacque~ Look at you Hawt Mama you! You look amazing! Wow, what a complete and total difference! Your arms are awesome--talk about guns! Thanks for sharing the pics!!

Well girls, today's the bbq and I'm thinking about not counting the cals from the festivities. Not that I'll be going off the deep end and eating everything, but I have no idea how many cals are in my fil's potato salad, etc. so I'll just practice moderation and wing it. Oooh, I'm stepping out of my new comfort zone! Oh, and if he brings one of his homemade cakes today...I may just have a bite! Remember, my goal was to take baby steps back into having the occassional treat...so I kind of have to do it right? we'll see...I might chicken out.

I'm down another full pound today! 163!!! Holy cow! I totally didn't expect that! Of course I'm thrilled to death and that might be the one thing that keeps me from eating cake today...I don't wanna mess this up!

Finally got my floor mopped last night! Also got all but one load of laundry done (the last one needs to be folded and I'll do that in a min)! Just have mirrors in the bathrooms and windows downstairs to do today and I'm golden!

Had nasty storms rolling through last night and was up until 1:30. Then, because hubby woke her up due to the tornado sirens, Miss E woke up every hour after that...*yawn* Yeah, I'm tired. I did manage to get my workout in though. Yes!

Okay ladies, I'll be back tonight to see how everyone's day went! Have a great weekend and be sure to remember to...

Drink Your Water!

Good Morning Ladies

Jacque ~ Wow, look at those guns. You are stunning my dear and you look awesome. Good lord, you told the fat who was boss didn't you? I do not see an ounce of fat on your body. Hehe, you do love you some purple..eh Jacque?

Sandye ~ Hey, don't worry too much about what you eat today. It's good to have one of those days, in moderation of course. If you don't want to count the calories then don't. I think you will do fine. One day isn't gonna ruin your progress as long as you keep your portions in check and you know, just exercise tomorrow. Wow, another pound eh? That's great. Oh my you are almost out of those 160's sweetie. So exciting..eh? have a great day...you deserve it.

Late morning for me. Stayed up watching Journey to the Center of the Earth with my boys. So it was a very late night, hence the late morning. I don't mind sleeping in like this, but it really just throws my whole day off. At any rate, the scale is so close to 207. Oh my gosh, I am so ready to not have to type a two in front of my weight anymore...and I mean FOREVER. NEVER again will I ever let myself go again. I love myself too much, to be miserable again. At any rate, you ladies have a great day and Ill check in later.

Hey Ladies, Happy Weekend and now we can enjoy those nice clean houses.

NSM - yup I hit the kitchen too with those clean fridges I just couldn't help myself.

Crystal - it appears we have a lot of A type personalities around here that just need to compete, it betca Flylady didn't bargin on that!

Delphi - HIIT is my new favorite thing, I spent the whole afternoon dancing through my kitchen (as I cleaned it ) I can't belive how jazzed up I was!

Susie - So after looking at that, I'm totally going to have to bow down to your domestic authority, wow.

CMo4 - at you too, and you have the fridge I wanted!! I love all the booze rationalization, I mean come on you do have 4 kids, whatever gets you through the day babe Good luck navigating the land mines at the BBQ and holy wow, 163, so now it's kinda just showing off, LOL, have fun and TTL!

Jasonslea - Hey there, Glad you stopped in to say howdy.

So this morning, after my stellar first attempt at HIIT yesterday, that's right 203! Down another one today, that's a solid 20lbs so far, how liberating! Only 3 more pounds till 199 so excited, so excited.

I actually am going to take today off exercise not because I don't feel like it but because I should (a much better and acceptable reason for me) I woke up sounding like...wait for it...Darth Vader. So Delphi you should be clear on that scale, he is possessing me now. It appears the tonsils wanted some of this action and are raunchy today and best I take a break.

In all that cleaning frenzy yesterday, yes the fridge is done, the entire kitchen in fact and even the oven, windows, cupboards! What delightful peer pressure, so much better than high school! I even lost track of time and didn't go pick up my clothes so that will be first on the list today.

Have a great weekend everyone and don't forget, lifestyle changes don't stop for the weekend so let's make some good choices! TTFN

Jacque - Wow is about the only word, oh no, foxy, holy crap and those legs are something to be very proud of!

Looking ~ Yeah me too!

Tummy
~ Three 's for another pound and getting soooo close to Onederland! Oh my, isn't it exciting? Sorry to hear, you've been infected by Darth Vader. I'll send Solo your way to assist against Vader, or ****, do with him what you please. At any rate, we all need a day off. As much as we don't like to, our bodies need it. At any rate, have a great day!

I do feel like a work in progress!!! Always evolving....Congrats on the loss!!! I have found that when I'm going to some "festivity", I don't really count the calories either, but I do eat in moderation...I will fill up on the healthy stuff so I'm not too hungry and then just take a bite of the bad stuff...just one or 2 chips, or like you said, one bite of the homemade cake. If you deny yourself those things ALL the time, then when you go off plan, you will really blow it. A little here or there, is not going to hurt!!! And you are doing great anyway!!!

I do LOVE purple!!! And now I am loving my "guns" too!!! I do still have a bit of the jiggle when I wave but I'm working on it!! Hope you enjoyed your movie. I liked the original but haven't see the new one...maybe it will be on demand and I could watch it today....thanks for the idea.

There is another online weigh wars challenge starting up again soon...and since i loved the first one, so much i think im going to do it again..and try to win the 500.00 cash.

GOOd evening girls!!!
Just popping in to say hello.... I had a rough day. My DH took our dog with him today so she could play out at our property, and accidently left her in the truck for about 2 hours!!!!OOOOMMMMGGGG, he was about hysterical!!!! He came in and woke me from my nap (I got called out early this AM), we took her to the vet and thank goodness they got her temp down, IVs $500 dollars later looks like she will be ok, but she does get to stay overnight. NEedless, No exercise for me tonight. I am just thanking God she is ok. My husband feels terrible. She usually jumps out of the car as soon as we open the door. Not sure what was different today.??? NOthing like a little drama!
Besides that, I am on plan today, cleaning house a little this evening. OH and drinking my water.

Jaqui9999-= oooo LA LA! You look Great, I could almost hate you!! JK, If I looked that good, I would be sporting my bikini every chance I got!!! WTG

Delphi, there is a must have for you on www.woot.com. If you check it out before midnight tonight........

Ladies, I really must get to sleep. I've been gone all day and I'm exhausted! I'll do personals tomorrow, or rather later today! There's so much to comment on! I do want to say Joci, you look sizzling HOT, girl!!! And Lewis, I am SO glad your dog is going to be okay! Your poor DH, bless his heart, I bet he is a mess, when of course it was just an accident! And CMof4, posting your fridge made me laugh! You and Delphi are so funny! Well, I'll be back on later, girls! Happy Father's Day to all your fathers and DH's who are fathers!!

Good Morning!! Just a quick check-in. I had family here visiting all day yesterday so I couldn't pop in. Today I have to work, go to a grad party, cook food & host a father's day picnic for 22 people then get my kids to vacation bible school this evening. I'm seriously exhausted thinking about it!

Joci!!!!! Great pics! You look so toned in that last one, love those arms! Ya know the pic where you are sitting on the wall smoking? I keep looking at it thinking all that smoke from the cigarette looks just like when you look over towards TMI and the smoke is bellowing out of the towers. Like all that smoke is from just one cigarette? Anyway, I digress. You look wonderful!!!

CMo4~ Hope you enjoyed your picnic!

Delphi~ You are getting so close to onderland and you can kiss the 200's bye FOREVER!!!

LE~ How scary about your dog!! I'm glad he's doing better. Poor DH!

Ang~ sorry to hear about your dh's deployment. I know they can be very hard.

I'm afraid I'll have to catch up with the rest of you later! Work calls...
